Novartis: Oga, i don't think i have time for you. Are you not the same guy that wants free school, visa waiver, waiver for all applications and exams? I'm not sure you even know how the school calendar runs. Stop giving people tension. 9 Likes 1 Share |

That's how they come here and post rubbish without verifying the information. He claimed it's from a trusted source. Moderator needs to ban anyone that shows consistent idiocy. Chonco: 6 Likes |

Novartis: False information. The earliest available date for student visa interview in Lagos is June and I know someone who got approved for an emergency appointment on Thursday for March. Lastly, you can't got for a fall 2021 interview on November because the fall semester resumes around August/September. 3 Likes |

Novartis: This is apocryphal. Totally fictitious! Why would one book interview for Fall at November? Judging from Academic calendars, Fall begins much earlier than that stipulated date.... And who says dates aren't available. Please always validate your deductions and assertions before declaring in a public forum. Your intent might have been to assist, but you did Just the opposite. I'll still advice people to always look out for dates. 3 Likes |

Please all NL am new here and i need your candid advice, I need to know if a married person going for study with a fully funded PhD scholarship(full tuition waiver + research assistantsip stipends) can be given visa to go with the spouse and kids together? Do we need to show proof of funds(POF) for the family? How much for a family of 5(parents and 3 kids)?how long should it be in the person's account before the application? or is it better for the person to go alone first while the dependants(spouse and kids) joins later? Like how many months later please? And its POF also applicable in this instance as well? Thank you all. |

Pls sir how can I get the list of "safe schools" in the US for masters program? What do I need to search for on google? NigPatriot: |
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 16 by NigPatriot(m): 9:24am On Feb 22, 2021 |
obajoey: Check the schools ranking. On google check "acceptance rate" usually safe schools have higher percentage for acceptance rate. (60% and higher) - This is speculative. Another clause you might want to note is; some schools have a high acceptance rate, but some departments in that school might be really competitive. So it's best to always communicate with the GC prior to application. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Malone122: Which date issue? Are you listening to that nonsense talk by that dude? You can't book without a SEVIS number, so just relax. How many schools did you apply to? Graduate program or UG? |
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 16 by UZAD: 11:40am On Feb 22, 2021 |
Good morning. Is it safe if my Form 1-20 is sent electronically i mean email. i got admission since january but i have not gotten my Form 1-20 from any of them. one of the school promised to send via email for over a week, yet i have not heard from them either. I have written to them they keep apologising. Hope it wont be an issue if it is sent via email. |
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 16 by Chonco: 11:46am On Feb 22, 2021 |
UZAD: Yes, it is safe for now - they accept it. If you still want it sent via shipping, that's still okay. Some schools will give you the option of having it via email or having it via shipping. Though, some schools will ask that you pay the shipping fee if you want it via that way. If they can send it via email, use the SEVIS num on it and book a date while you wait for the shipped one(if that's what you want). At the bolded: What's the reason for the delay? 1 Like |
