Stop posting misleading information

There are no dates available between March and October

Oga, i don't think i have time for you.
Are you not the same guy that wants free school, visa waiver, waiver for all applications and exams?
I'm not sure you even know how the school calendar runs.

Stop giving people tension.

That's how they come here and post rubbish without verifying the information. He claimed it's from a trusted source. Moderator needs to ban anyone that shows consistent idiocy.

Sadly, there are no more early interview dates

And embassy is not approving emergency dates or interviews

All days from March-October are all booked up

The earliest date is November

Those going for Fall 2021 semester are not affected.

But those going for Spring and Summer semesters

Sorry guys cry

Contact your graduate school coordinator and defer your admission to Fall 2021 then quickly go and book your interview for November, because if care is not taken, November will be filled up too.

False information. The earliest available date for student visa interview in Lagos is June and I know someone who got approved for an emergency appointment on Thursday for March.

Lastly, you can't got for a fall 2021 interview on November because the fall semester resumes around August/September.

This is apocryphal. Totally fictitious!
Why would one book interview for Fall at November? Judging from Academic calendars, Fall begins much earlier than that stipulated date.... And who says dates aren't available.

Please always validate your deductions and assertions before declaring in a public forum. Your intent might have been to assist, but you did Just the opposite.
I'll still advice people to always look out for dates.

Please all NL am new here and i need your candid advice,
I need to know if a married person going for study with a fully funded PhD scholarship(full tuition waiver + research assistantsip stipends) can be given visa to go with the spouse and kids together? Do we need to show proof of funds(POF) for the family? How much for a family of 5(parents and 3 kids)?how long should it be in the person's account before the application?

or is it better for the person to go alone first while the dependants(spouse and kids) joins later? Like how many months later please? And its POF also applicable in this instance as well?

Thank you all.

And resumption is august
How does one go for an interview November when classes began august

Well it’s you and your source sha

PS: Everyone please keep checking for dates !

Pls sir how can I get the list of "safe schools" in the US for masters program? What do I need to search for on google?

NigPatriot:

Good day sir,
I must say you have a relatively competitive profile. It's surprising to have 3 rejections already, May I ask, did you apply to "safe" schools?
Safe schools are schools that are less competitive, and one would most certainly get an admission if you meet their basic requirements.

In stating this, don't feel heartbroken, this journey is for the strong, and relentless. The deadline for applications of some schools still fall within March. What that means is that you have a chance to still filling applications. Review your statament of purpose, check wat might be your foibles and replace them with your idiosyncrasies. Confirm from your referrals are you sure they are providing spectacular recommendations? If you need to change some please do. In recapitulation, have a holistic review of your profile, and apply to more schools. Fall 2021 is still very attainable, and it's in your hands.

I wish you well.

Check the schools ranking. On google check "acceptance rate" usually safe schools have higher percentage for acceptance rate. (60% and higher) - This is speculative.

Another clause you might want to note is; some schools have a high acceptance rate, but some departments in that school might be really competitive. So it's best to always communicate with the GC prior to application.

Try Iowa state university: a top 100 school in US, with 92% acceptance rate, tier 1 university.

Which date issue? Are you listening to that nonsense talk by that dude?

You can't book without a SEVIS number, so just relax.

How many schools did you apply to? Graduate program or UG?

Yes, it is safe for now - they accept it. If you still want it sent via shipping, that's still okay. Some schools will give you the option of having it via email or having it via shipping. Though, some schools will ask that you pay the shipping fee if you want it via that way.

If they can send it via email, use the SEVIS num on it and book a date while you wait for the shipped one(if that's what you want).

At the bolded: What's the reason for the delay?

It's okay to be honest but be ready to give a compelling reason why you choose to study in US in and not CA.
