As I said, the problem of Nigeria lies in the collective desire of the people. Our collective disere is to dupe one another, steal, fake promises, kill and destroy to acquire wealth fast. No patience to build and provide services.

We need reorienration.

I have seen many, many loony money-doubling schemes, charades, and ponzis, but this nonsense SEM/TELPECON grant takes the biscuit, in my opinion.

Good question! You see as young as l am, know a lot about grant and the reason is not far- fetched cos l am an undergraduate studying course related to it. Telpecon is a form networking to allow for NGOs not to resort to duplication and strengthen their proposal having a lot of database to proof to it donor. Having said this, they've been to surmount any spirit of power greediness, and aside that, a network of NGOs must have a leader, so donor entrusting this grant in his hands shouldn't be a problem, sir.

And it will still continue to linger on. My analysis is 2-4 years before it dies out.

Those of them who did SEM should be able to see a pattern :

1). They "fought" Donald of SEM and are now fighting Elomama of TELPECON.

2). They were also looking for documents in SEM;now they are also looking for "telex copy" and others

3)Unending postponements

4)Elomama, who was a major actor in SEM, is a major actor in TELPECON

But they still won't get IT even if it came in a bag marked IT.

And now the consultant displaying some kinds of ultra-vire powers which is beyond his legal jurisdictions hence the cause of such pronouncement coming from his end. Even though l'm not lawyer, but l understand some basics in law.


last time l checked, the job of a consultant in grant processes is only is for intermediation role between the donor and the organization accessing the grant, but what we are now reading and hearing now is the covetousness of the consultant of failing to disclose and submit necessary documents to his client(Telpecon). This act alone criminal, wicked, and demeaning to the so called expert who should have known better!


However, people are now of the opinion that if, be any deposited monies in Telpecon account presently pending the time the retrieval of those documents would be achieved, they should go ahead with the ones within their capacity to avoid revolution from the beneficiaries cos they've suffered from mental, emotional torture as result of several postponement. And also, is it all documents tied to these grants are in the custody of the consultant?? If so, it should be retrieve with no further-ado.

If you believe this, you will believe anything! USA gave grants to Nigerians and it is not in any credible news outline? You can't find the information anywhere? Even though you are still an undergraduate, you still have reasoning ability. So the consultant is still with the documents and doesn't want to release them? Don't Elomama and TELEPECON know the way to the courts? I also heard the said money will be given tomorrow to the consultant. So all these while they have been telling you they have the money and disbursement will be soon they have been lying?

This is a good update. However, l pray your wishes come to past. Many are really tired and frustrated. l for once wished, this ended soon, so that l can hear word out there. The way many people are really expecting it, it is well with them.

This is not a case of me vs anyone in particular. I have nothing against him. I see his lot strut their stuff all over the place all the time. One impertinent slowpoke with not a jot of common sense will not make me lose my cool.

It's a shame that anyone, especially supposed and intending graduates, could be neck deep in this scam.

Not really that way, he has once last year came to my Mom to collect 5k for registration for each person, which my Mom gave him 10k for 2 persons. Now, he said that he used his money to pay for the remaining 3persons which we are going to refund him after receiving the money and also all the expenses he made during the process. This particular form now is to be submitted with #500 each.

But op, registeration has ended I wonder why someone is coming to meet u this month for asking for bvn details.

1, registration is free and d only amount any beneficiary is to pay is 200 naira and ure paying dat to ur director to be able to print fill in ur details which many didn’t even pay and it didn’t stop their registration

2. No bvn was collected only account details which was demanded lately.
