If you get 5000 people to pay you 1000 for a non existence grant, you will make 5 000 000. For those that will convince you that 1000 is no risk to get 1 000 000grant.

Person that want to help reduce poverty will be asking the poor that don't have money to pay 1000.

I have registered for years. Cost me about 5k. But all we hear na stories for about three years now, yet no convincing explanation. Just they will soon disburse, they will soon disburse. And the date keeps shifting. And they keep bringing up new issues that prolongs the " disbursement", if there is anything of such.

But the many trusted people who are promoting it can make you believe it. They believe it, and sell it to you too. I believe most people subscribe to it based on those people's integrity.

But as I said, I don't find it convincing. And some people are using it to scam people of small small amount of money like #1,500, etc till you calculate what you have spent.

I also browsed for info on it , yet know credible reference to it except that it is a scam. Imagine, such amount of money genuinely on offer and it doesn't make the news? Just warnings from the authorities is what I see online.

So, put the above together and let your spirit guide you.
Spot on

l didn't want to comment, but what baffles me now is the number of views. This means that many are really hoping to see this happen.

Many people have been into this since 2016 and still have faith in disbursement. Again, it baffles me to see the calibre of people in it and the amount of expectations.

Meanwhile, how come government knows nothing about it or even mention it like survival fund and others?

How come days of disbursement always postponed?

Why the deciet and why allow it linger this long? By now, they should have been busted or hijacked by politicians (especially because of the sum mentioned with CBN).

l cross my fingers.

In the North, the scammers are presently collecting N600 for something they call PAYMENT CERTIFICATE grin. That it is the certificate you'll present before disbursement. Some people are dumb

1, registration is free and d only amount any beneficiary is to pay is 200 naira and ure paying dat to ur director to be able to print fill in ur details which many didn’t even pay and it didn’t stop their registration

2. No bvn was collected only account details which was demanded lately.

To those who say it’s scam, I will come back to remind u of wat u said by the time disbursements takes place.

Pls be sure to come back and let us know status of the said disbursement and just out of curiosity how long did they say before disbursement, so I know when next to check this thread for your update as you promised. I’m just curious how this plays out honestly and you seem pretty confident as most people before you have been so I want to see

Enugu State government and some foreign donor agencies have joined hands with the Less Privileged Empowerment Coordinators Network (TELPECON), the umbrella body of registered non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in Nigeria to empower 44 million Nigerians.

Speaking at the South-East Conference and official inauguration of the TELPECON at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, the Enugu State governor, Dr Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi said, “His government would wipe out the tears of the less privileged. The state governor is ready to partner with TELPECON in supervising the disbursement of the fund so as to ensure transparency and smooth operation. Any organisation that will make life meaningful for the people of this state, more especially the less privileged, will receive an attention from the state government.”

Ruminate on these:
1.) Who are these faceless foreign donor agencies? Till now, they don't have names?
2.) Why has this empowerment not made international news? After all the money is coming in from the western world. No coverage on ABC, CNN, FOX, Sky, NBC etc
3) Since when have they being promising and failing?
4) If any international NGO/agency worth its salt wanted to do empowerment, it wouldn't be through these clowns. You would hear the names of well-established firms and organizations to help out with process. e.g. Deloitte, PWC, Red Cross, USAID, CBN, Nigerian Banks etc
5) Why would CBN that is in-charge of monetary policy (which is to control inflation) release trillions to 44 millions Nigerians? The inflation will be of the run-away type. (the hyperinflations of Zimbabwe and Germany of 1923 would be child's play.)
6) Why would the CBN that directly oversee banks now have to transfer money to these clowns and bozos for onward distribution to the masses when it can make good use of these banks directly? Imagine, From CBN to Telpecon to NGOs to Chairpersons. Is CBN that daft?
7) Why is this Telpecon grant that seeks to empower 44 millions Nigerians not making the news rounds in our broadcast space? But only on the grapevine and the informal, ignorant and usually poverty-stricken section of Nigeria?
cool At that event, the Enugu state government was represented by the senior special adviser on special duties!
9) How many times will you submit account numbers?
10) At any rate, CBN will never allow that amount to enter the circulation, at once.
11.) Grant are, by their nature, available to all but given to a select few. There has to be screening.
12.) 1 million each (and I am being conservative going by the amount each person is expecting) for 44 Millions Nigerians totals 44, 000, 000, 000, 000 Trillion Naira. Hahahhahah. Your Nigerian budget is not even up to half of that.
13.) When America, for instance, has infrastructure decay and huge debts

I could go on and on, but let me stop for now.

God bless you sir. I am also a cluster director. Training for disbursement will commence next week.
BVN is not needed, form was 500 then. In my unit I still receive details from new beneficiaries as those who submitted their details previously are not responding. I need to fill my unit.
