Someone posted an offer here from Alibaba, to reg at 3.90. I just needed a clarification, I saw something like " any domain name (CN domain name) registered here cannot be ICP filinged" I haven't seen such in any other Registrars I've used. What are the implications please?

Please any idea? Would it hinder the transfer of the domain or usability?

I'm trying to do 1st email, 2nd after 3 days, 3rd after another 7 days, 4th after another one month. You can add after 6 months, then a month before name expires. Not a fan of outbounding and don't always follow the timeline. Easily get tired down the road

I think this person was even patient with you in their reply. Stop spamming people bro.

Edit: Also need to add: I give people the option to opt out from 2nd/3rd email AND stop further emails to those who opt out.

Yes, in my early days here I emphasized on this because a search term domain name with high search volume and CPC is an asset to the discerning business owner who don't want to go pay per click route.
