I Agboriotejoye: So, no applicants mean overemployment? Hope you know that sometimes people get tired of looking for employment, and quite. Applications reduce. Does that mean overemployment? Why not do your research, and see the meaning of true economic growth. My point is that recessions just don't disappear. You expect a recession to disappear within 10 years in a country dependent on the very same commodity whose price slump caused the recession. Some of you really need to be realistic sometimes. Even if Obama pulled the United States officially out of recession, it doesn't mean Obama would be able to pull Nigeria out of recession so easily. The market realities are not necessarily the same for a developed and a developing country. |

BluntTheApostle: Lol. Funny dude. People get tired of seeking employment and quit. So why haven't we experienced such in Nigeria, oh lemme guess, the unemployed in Nigeria are stubborn like their leaders they don't know how to quit. Funny thing is the US system, you're either employed or not. No middle ground of quitting unemployment. Or how do you escape paying taxes or access social benefits when you "quit"? Stop trying to drag other serious countries down to your level abeg. Recession can disappear in a year with a serious govt. But with the clueless, it takes eternity. The excuse of low oil prices is being defeated by the fact that in 2018 and 2019, oil prices on average were higher than the budget benchmark. Still we recorded low growth. How do you explain that? FYI, this year, so far, oil price has jumped above budget benchmark again. And there's been no commensurate improvement in the economic indices. You know why? The economy was wrecked in 2018/19 by the border closure and of course what SLS has been complaining about that made him an enemy of the cabal, multiple exchange rate. Buhari is clueless about economic management. OBJ alluded to that before 2015 even while supporting Buhari. There's no way to paper it. |

No matter how hard you try to convince yourself otherwise, you've got to swallow some pills with bits of rationality and logic. If she's lying with a post of this magnitude, the top brass should be doing all in their powers to legitimately shut her up. But if up until this moment, nobody from Aso rock have tried to speak otherwise, or clear the air, then we are being forced to believe what we feared; and more revelations may follow... |

Agboriotejoye: Obviously u are talking trash. Bokoharam started with the killing of it's leader by the jonathan administration. Prior to this they had consistently been used by sheriff a pdp terrorist to rig, bully and manipulate elections. That's the truth and u know it. You just looking for a way to shift blame to buhari. Bh is the legacy project of jonathan/pdp for the north. And that's why they will forever lose all elections henceforth |

Agboriotejoye: Your ignorance is staggering. People can quite looking for employment. Read the article below: When people who are unemployed grow too discouraged and stop looking for work, it causes the participation rate to go down. https://www.google.com/amp/s/blog.careerminds.com/community/people-have-stopped-looking-jobs%3fhs_amp=true Supposing 10,000 people are unemployed in Kansas. If 5000 people get fed up and stop looking for work, it would seem like unemployment has reduced, but that is not the reality. Your understanding of basic economics is poor. Imagine, the only thing you can talk about is oil price. Is oil price the only decider? Do you know how shrunken the oil market has become over the years? If there is not much market for your oil, even if oil price sells at over a 100 dollars per barrel, you will not be able to sell your barrels. |
Re: Aisha Buhari Has Separated From President Buhari - Kemi Olunloyo by Agboriotejoye(m): 8:15am On Feb 28, 2021 |
blackpanda: Do simple research before you come online. Is that what you were told in your BMC meetings? That Jonathan killed Yusuf? Well, you have a smartphone now all thanks to the Chinese. Why not Google boko haram and see who was the president when Yusuf was killed? It really costs you nothing to know the truth, except if you prefer lies. Shekau is an indigene of Borno. Borno has been ruled by only one party since 1999, not PDP but ANPP which later became APC. So how was shekau a PDP thug? That's besides the fact that Shekau was actually a Muslim cleric and second-in-command to Yusuf though more radical. Google his name again. You sound like someone who has been indoctrinated with lies and conspiracies. I'll suggest you make good use of your data to clear your head. |
Re: Aisha Buhari Has Separated From President Buhari - Kemi Olunloyo by blackpanda: 9:13am On Feb 28, 2021 |
Agboriotejoye: First of all I don't know what bmc means. Those of u that love to swallow rubbish need divine intervention truly. Secondly, Yusuf killed under Jonathan's watch, the whole world knows that. Nothing concern buhari with bh. He's only trying to clean the mess created by those pdp maggots. Finally Ali modu sheriff (who later became chairman of pdp) was the architect of boko haram, not apc or buhari. Your attempt to twist facts is unfortunately, futile!

BluntTheApostle: Defending buhari is one of if not d most difficult jobs to do that's why I told ur friend not to start a conversation that he can't finish. But he refused, in d end he had nothing to say& he ran away. Now, in ur desperation to defend buhari, u have itemized points that makes buhari look mediocre and a failure. Based on d points u have raised by drawing from d past: If the lives of Nigerians didn't improve before Buhari became president, how has it improved since buhari became president? If there was no 24/7 power supply before Buhari came, what has buhari done to improve d power situation? If unemployment was low before buhari came, how has employment improved after buhari became president? If Nigeria wasn't a global superpower since buhari became president, has d status improved since 2015? Are we moving forward or backward? Meanwhile, am sure u can help ur friend with d following? 1. Since u voted for buhari, how has ur life& d lives of nigerians improved? 2. How has buhari fulfilled his constitutional responsibilities in section 14(2b) of d constitution since u voted for him? Buharis minions, always playing d emotional card..."existing hate" cheesy cheesy Can u do me a favour by identifying d "existing hate"? Also, u say I hate buhari, do u hate or love Atiku? D thread is about buharis wife leaving him. How's that about Atiku and what has that got to do with election? Since Atiku de hungry u to talk about, kindly inform nigerians on nairaland how buhari is better than Atiku? |
Re: Aisha Buhari Has Separated From President Buhari - Kemi Olunloyo by Agboriotejoye(m): 11:39am On Feb 28, 2021 |
blackpanda:Your pics shows Yusuf died 30th July 2009 and Jonathan became president 10th May 2010 almost a year after he was killed yet you're insisting Yusuf was killed under Jonathan's watch. Are you that poor with dates? Mind you, when BH was asked to negotiate with government, they chose Buhari to represent them. Ali Modu was senator and later governor of Borno state under ANPP. He became PDP chairman as a fifth columnist to destroy PDP and has gone back to his original home APC. |

Agboriotejoye: You are only deceiving yourself with lies. You know very well that Jonathan's govt brought boko haram. Jonathan was in power long before his election. So keep deceiving yourself. This is why u wailers will always lose. You just love to play the ostrich. Kontinuuu |

blackpanda:I don't get you o. Do you really understand what it means to play the ostrich? You posted the pic yourself, yet still deny what it says. What else can dis be if not hate. The hate has consumed you so much that even when faced with a truth you discovered yourself, you still choose to believe the lies you've been indoctrinated with. Well, if hate for Jonathan is the antidote for whatever ailment you have, then I can only bid you godspeed |

BluntTheApostle: Lol. You don't know anything. You're just making wild conjectures. You even went to copy a blog as your source. It's obvious you don't know how the US enjoyment system works. Like I told you before, when you are unemployed, you have to register as unemployed so you can access social benefits and do the tax agency stops bugging you for tax. The moment you declared yourself employed or "quit" according to you, the tax man starts knocking on your door and the social benefits are withdrawn. It's just like N-power in Nigeria here, it's for unemployed graduates. If you become employed while being an N-power beneficiary, you're automatically removed from the system and start paying tax. So it's in your best interest to register as unemployed. My understanding of economics is poor? Lol. So you who say recession lasts for ten years is well versed in economic concepts abi? Mtcheew. If oil is not the only factor, the APC govt claimed oil price is the reason we went into recession. Why don't you tell me the other factors since you're the expert. When has there not being a market for Nigerian oil? Lol. This guy. |

Agboriotejoye: At a time when 8.5 million Americans still don’t have jobs, some 40 percent have given up even looking. https://www.cnbc.com/2015/05/20/40-percent-of-unemployed-have-quit-looking-for-jobs.html That is from CNBC. I am sure you will ask for CNN source next. People like you enjoy your ignorance so much, you hate to be taken out of it. What has social security got to do with your logic that no job applications = overemployment? |
Re: Aisha Buhari Has Separated From President Buhari - Kemi Olunloyo by BluntTheApostle(m): 1:44pm On Feb 28, 2021 |
lexy2014: My point is that Buhari needs more time before those questions can be asked. Our major problems are: 1. Corruption 2. Oil dependence. 3. Epileptic power supply. These problems have been around for decades. Now, a man comes at a time when the country was at the verge of entering into a recession. Other problems included high insecurity, low foreign portfolios, among others. He managed to take the country officially out of a terrible recession, and then has to combat economic scarring from the recession. After reelection, Covid-19 happened. Please, be realistic. What magic are you expecting in just 5 years, especially 5 years of financial crisis, and rising insecurity? As for who is better between Buhari and Atiku, this is another insane question. First, there is not even a basis for comparison. Atiku has never been president. He is untested as far as we are concerned. However, when he was vice president, he was in charge of an economy during which many were impoverished, while a few became billionaires. In fact, it was during the Obasanjo-Atiku administration that our middle class disappeared. In a bid to float their own universities, Obasanjo and Atiku also saw to the degeneration of our public universities who used to be the pride of Africa. OAU which (before the Obasanjo-Atiku Administration) was at a time the 2nd best university in Africa began to witness a decline, and has not recovered since then. Same with other public universities. Also, Atiku has too many corruption allegations on his head. The most notable is the Siemens saga. Another is the misappropriation of public funds towards financing his university. So, when Atiku stood against Buhari in 2019, I proudly chose Buhari. And if I am presented with these options again, I will gladly choose Buhari because he has a better profile than Atiku. |

BluntTheApostle: U didn't answer d questions I asked. U are d one who brought up d issues, but u ended up not answering d questions in that regard: 1. If the lives of Nigerians didn't improve before Buhari became president, how has it improved since buhari became president? 2. If there was no 24/7 power supply before Buhari came, what has buhari done to improve d power situation? 3. If unemployment was low before buhari came, how has employment improved after buhari became president? 4. If Nigeria wasn't a global superpower since buhari became president, has d status improved since 2015? 5. Are we moving forward or backward? Also, I didn't ask u who is d better between Atiku and buhari. I also didn't ask u who u would vote for. Your friend said buhari is better than Atiku. D question I asked is How is buhari better than Atiku? Still a carryover: 1. Since u voted for buhari, how has ur life& d lives of nigerians improved? 2. How has buhari fulfilled his constitutional responsibilities in section 14(2b) of d constitution since u voted for him? |
Re: Aisha Buhari Has Separated From President Buhari - Kemi Olunloyo by Agboriotejoye(m): 2:12pm On Feb 28, 2021 |
BluntTheApostle: Stop confusing yourself. I never said people don't stop looking. What I said is no one who is unemployed will go and claim being employed. It's obvious you can only claim unemployment benefits and social security if you're unemployed. Go and check what I've been saying. Just cause the statistics says "stopped looking for jobs" does not mean the unemployed figure will fall because they won't report as employed. Again, I never said no job applications mean overemployment. That was your logic. What I told you was that during the Trump era, 2019 to be precise, the unemployment figure in the US moved to overemployment. It's very simple logic that if you understood, you won't bring a 2015 piece to argue about. |
