I didn't even get a mail. I just went to the CGI to update my ds 160 number then I saw that my appointment had been canceled not rescheduled.

Please @everybody talking about cancellations, be sure it was really cancelled and not rescheduled cos I thought mine was cancelled too when I received a mail from them seeing how people have been talking bout cancellations here until I read the mail and got the information that it was rescheduled and not cancelled

4 has given me admission, but challenge is funding, i am waiting for the one that will give me full funding or very little deficit.

Hey folks, I applied to just Missouri State University in the US for my masters because I already have an immigrant visa to a country close to the US. However, I am very interested in the masters program at Missouri State University and I intend to apply for an F-1 visa. Please will I still be required to show strong ties to Nigeria or it has to be the country of which I have its immigrant visa? considering that I am still in Nigeria and will be applying for the US visa from Nigeria.

Note there is no funding from Missouri state University and deficit is approximately 24,000 USD per year.

What are my chances of getting an F-1 visa? Since holding an immigrant visa to another country implies that I won't be returning to Nigeria.

I will manage to create time this evening to write about ways to approach funding. It seems that is where most students are having challenge.

are any of your admits PhD because it is more likely schools fund PhDs compared to Masters
