People are people based on their character, believe, ethics and personality. It has nothing to do with gender.

I enjoy working under female bosses

Their character is more important here, have worked with both and I prefer the female because she's very human the the male counterpart, also have worked with another female boss, she was like hell fire. Character is the key

Come work with my boss, if you don’t consider resigning in one week, I will give you my one month salary. The former one, I bet you would hate Mondays-Fridays. If you see him entering sef, your mood would change immediately.

I literally planned my resignation for 7 months because of a female boss. I'm just sad I couldn't give my quit notice to her face because of covid

over the years I have come to realize Females are more decisive than males, while females always likes something new, males prefer the old thing, as long it keeps bringing the dough.

women can be temperamental. But they take their work more seriously than men,maybe to prove that they can do it.

There are exceptions but in most cases men are better.

female bosses are harsh but more focused a d professional...most male bosses are friendly,but see female workers as sex object

Female boss. All i have worked with, i have also forked. The only downside is stunted career growth. The dick covers their sense of judgement and they hardly come down on you when it is obvious, you are not discharging your duties effectively. And this can affect one career wise.

Character and attitude is everything, not the gender.

My present boss is a woman and so far she's been very nice but could get temperamental some times.
But everything is been cool with her on my side.
