People are people based on their character, believe, ethics and personality. It has nothing to do with gender.

When you woman boss likes you.

It's either you're being used or her bedroom offers windows of miseries or opportunities.
Comments like these are an unfortunate epitome that sexual harassment by MALES in the workplace is so prevalent and common in Nigeria, and has become so normalized to the point to the extent that many people no longer even notice that it is happening. SMDH

Who is easier to work with; a male boss or a female boss?
It's more easier working with a male boss especially if the man is a complete gentle man

He will treat you like his own so far you will respect yourself and behave well

Female boss, the problem with this set of people is that they already knows what you are up to and trust women, they will never give you that chance because they know every game

Their character is more important here, have worked with both and I prefer the female because she's very human the the male counterpart, also have worked with another female boss, she was like hell fire. Character is the key

From experience and having worked with both, I'll say a Male Boss.

What matters most is the character of the person involved.

I have worked with a man who behaves like Lucifer and I have worked with a woman who is never ever satisfied.

Come work with my boss, if you don’t consider resigning in one week, I will give you my one month salary. The former one, I bet you would hate Mondays-Fridays. If you see him entering sef, your mood would change immediately.

I literally planned my resignation for 7 months because of a female boss. I'm just sad I couldn't give my quit notice to her face because of covid

Doesn't depend on gender
Re: Male Boss Vs Female Boss: Who Is Easier To Work With? by Lordpeckxy(m): 6:24pm On Mar 10, 2021
Male or Female...
Whoever I choose to work for, I just let them know while you are a boss in your domain, am a boss in my own domain.

we both have lines we shouldn't cross.

over the years I have come to realize Females are more decisive than males, while females always likes something new, males prefer the old thing, as long it keeps bringing the dough.

This has nothing to do with gender. Character is where the problem is.
It has everything to do with gender abeg.
Women are always aggressive and oppressive.

They also attach sentiments to work,

Exactly, Good character vs being a good boss is not gender specific.

women can be temperamental. But they take their work more seriously than men, maybe to prove that they can do it.

Often times their passion get in the way

There are exceptions but in most cases men are better.

female bosses are harsh but more focused a d professional...most male bosses are friendly, but see female workers as sex object
Re: Male Boss Vs Female Boss: Who Is Easier To Work With? by Nobody: 6:27pm On Mar 10, 2021
Female boss. All i have worked with, i have also forked. The only downside is stunted career growth. The dick covers their sense of judgement and they hardly come down on you when it is obvious, you are not discharging your duties effectively. And this can affect one career wise.

Character and attitude is everything, not the gender.

It depends on the individual,
My present boss is a woman and so far she's been very nice but could get temperamental some times.
But everything is been cool with her on my side.
