good evening, I added some unregistered domain on SH last month. on checking now I noticed that SH have set an expiry date on some of the domain. but no expiry date on few of the domain. is it that SH have registered those name for them to set an expiry date on the domain?

When I got the mail from Dan,I checked the buyer's name, but it does not relate with any of the emails I sent. I guess it was his Seo guy that bought it for him.

Send an email to service@afternic.com.

Tell them your account was suspended after you listed your domain.
Tell them you own the domain.
Tell them where you registered the domain.
Attach a screenshot of the domain name in your registrar dashboard as proof that you own the domain.(i.e you log into your registrar dashboard, open the info of the particular domain and screenshot everything)

Then in the mail, tell them to "kindly help you rectify the issue and reinstate your account."

Wait for their response. It should be within 1 or 2 days or sometimes a few hours.

The email you should send to is service@afternic.com. But you can copy support@afternic.com.


Note: I got this info from this thread. If you check previous pages, this same question has been asked many times and this same solution has been proffered by the gurus here. And it works.

Spam. Your messages are heading to spam. For those using Gmass (and yet to master it) to outbound I think there is something wrong with that system. Instead of helping or leaving you the way you are, I think it kills and sends your mails to spam.

I normally take my time to send my mails one by one and use snov to monitor. Sometimes I will also send to another of my email to confirm where the mails are headed to. Is there a way to monitor and fix these mails ending up in spams?
