Can someone who has had B1/B2 visa and expired 5 months ago schedule a fresh interview appointment for F1 visa for good reasons of career development with US admission ?
The website says it’s ineligible to renew visa by swapping from one visa category to another.

After this discussion with Walspring, I made a payment of N64k for the GRE which is less than the official price of $226 (>= N86k). Although it took a little less than a week to confirm the order due to no fault of his. He kept me updating about everything till the order was confirmed. I have schedule for an emergency appointment sometimes in january this year, but it but it was not approved then i went to schedule appointment for march 24th this year which was cancelled by the embassy without any reason, so my question is i am applyimg for summer and there are no dates available for abuja and lagos, if i apply for an emergency appointment again and its not approved would i be paying for another visa appointment or i can still use the same MRV. I will appreciate your opinion please

You may change or cancel your interview appointment up to two times. If you use your receipt for the 3rd time to schedule, the following warning message appears on the screen to inform you that this is your last time to schedule with the current receipt number.

They probably sent a message to your mail when your appointment was cancelled, maybe you didn't see it on time. A lot of people got their appointment cancelled late last month and dates in March and April were released. The only thing you can do is apply for an emergency appointment and hope you get approved.

You need to think really hard. Can you afford that amount? 70k deficit is a lot o. Don't go and carry gbese too early

The major debacle you might encounter might be the amount. The deficit which is close to 30 million naira. How do you convince the Visa officer that your aunt can pay this amount for you. It will be an uphill task. If this is not your only option ill suggest you alternate your plan.
Not to say it's impossible you get the visa but you need enough fortitude to be able to convince the VO.
