I had the same thing done to me

just print out the email in a form of word document and staple it too your orginal interview letter.
the original interview was supposed to be in March 2020. Is that the one I need to take there?

What is your current location.
Go to the police headquarters office there and you can process you Police clearance. They would help you send it. If you are in Abuja, I can link you up to the person who did mine.

I am in Enugu. Thank you so much for the information! I will go to the state hq then.

I was able to get mine done through the force headquarters of my state of residence. The guys at the CID took my fingerprints with a copy of my passport bio-data page and helped courier the thing to Lagos. When it was ready, they called me to come and pick it up. Whole thing cost 20k back in 2016.

This is so helpful! Thank you so much for this information! I will go to Enugu Hqrts.

Men, those guys at Qlife are frauds. How in the world will you charge 107k for stupid immunization? This is the second time they are doing it. This is just pure fraud
Re: At The NVC Processing Stage Of The U. S Family Based Preference Category. by Ifeanyichukwu42: 11:02pm On Mar 14, 2021
This was an immunization shot I took with them 8yrs ago. Bro that is the requirement before you can come over . Your body system is quite different from people that live here. It could be expensive but it is a must that you must take the shot against flu.

Please what website did you go to print the form? And you mean just thumb printing of the form can take the place of fingerprinting?
Also did you have to attach a copy of the biodata page of your int’l passport?
Thanks for your response.
Find out from your state ID headquarters. That’s where I did mine and they took it to Lagos and gave me date to pick it up. It’ll just cost you extra but it’s worth the stress of going to Lagos

Wait o, the medicals i did last year expired due to Covid. I sent them mails as I have another appointment scheduled for next week, to find out the amount I'll pay as most vaccines I took last year should still be active...but they were so vague and still listing full amount. Don't tell me I'll have to pay in full again? Nawa for Q-life o.

But my petitioner made sure I did my medicals at IOM (International Organisation of Migration), it's a UNICEF company he prefers it over Q-life and consultant practice, and It was relatively cheaper

90k before interview, then 27k for vaccines

you can check it out sha.

they do Canada, u.s, Australia, u.k, e.t.c

Thanks, but since I did at Q-life last year, I think I'll just do there again since they have my records. Otherwise, IOM would have been a good alternative.

The IOM's location of ikeja is also a plus to some people. Again their charges for kids is great.

Please has anyone received a call to be invited for fingerprinting/oath taking at the Embassy. This seems like the second time I would be submitting finger prints. Has anyone experienced such before?

U.S. Department of State
IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION

Expiring Soon

Section 203(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act requires that your registration be canceled and any petition approved on your behalf canceled, if you do not apply for your immigrant visa within one year of being advised to do so.

You were advised of this requirement over 1 year ago, but we have not received a response from you since then. As a result, your application for a visa has been canceled and any petition approved on your behalf has also been canceled.

Your application may be reinstated and any petition revalidated if, within one year, you can establish that your failure to pursue your immigrant visa application was due to circumstances beyond your control. Please provide a written statement to the Embassy or Consulate outlining the circumstances beyond your control and noting that you still wish to pursue this visa petition.

You were caught in the one year no contact clause of the US immigration Act.

Once your papers hit NVC, you are required to do something or simply contact NVC, embassy, etc at most once a year, when you do not do that the Secretary of State will deem your application abandon and start the process of canceling it. If it is canceled you will have to start all over again.

Since, the pandemic was what made you not to contact NVC, you can write them and state that reason, but I will advise you ask your petitioner to see an immigration lawyer, so they will know the right wordings and you should not sit on this, else your application will be out-rightly canceled.

Also check to ensure that, they were not waiting for a response from you.

For others, you can keep your application active, even if nothing is going on by contacting NVC periodically....A contact does not only means, you have to mail them something....calling their number and giving your receipt number for them to check on your status is a contact and that action alone resets your one year no-contact timeline from the date you made that call.

Also, accessing NVC website and loging with your case number and receipt also resets your no contact timeline even if you did not do anything....this is how many people whose paper were at the NVC stage preserved it when Trump placed the ban, since they do not want their application to be processed to the interview stage only to be denied and put in administrative process....by doing this you can hold your application at the NVC stage forever or until you are ready to proceed without triggering the 1 year no-contact clause.

What do you mean missing? You mean your sponsor has misplaced the AOS ? If that’s what you mean, you don’t have any issue, since you’ve already submitted it on the nvc and got DQ. You’ll not be needing it on your interview. However if the AOS you submitted has expired, tell your sponsor to download the current one and fill it out. Then they will scan it to you, you’ll need it on your interview. (You only bring current AOS form to interview if and only if the previous one you fill has expired; if it has not, there’s no need for it )

How accurate is this information?

I know that, in most cases they do not ask or look at the documents that you bring with you to the interview, but it clearly stated on CEAC to bring the originals of all documents uploaded to CEAC to the interview, it is better safe than sorry.

I will suggest that, if the document has been uploaded to CEAC but lost on their local PC, login to CEAC and download the copy you previously submitted and take it along with you to the interview.
