Technically you can add his wife as household member/co sponsor and submit I-864A. But the most importsnt issue is that you must know the figure you are to achieve as per 125% poverty guidelines. How many members are in your sponsor's family plus yours?
thanks bro, but I will need some more explanation if you can help with it.
1, I am the only one traveling for now but I have two kids from my previous marriage and they are stated on my form i130 ( not that they are going with me now) so do they count as part of my household,
2, my present wive have a daughter.
3, and my joint sponsor have his wife as a dependent on his form i864.
By my counting that is five of us and he makes $78,000
For the year 2019 the CO was asking for. ( he rejected it anyway)
More so the wive make around $27000 for same year but on her IRS tax she have 3 kids ( the kids are over
20 years old of age) so the question is will those kids raise the number of people in his household. Thanks

Everyone involved is counted to determine the expected figures for the AOS.

In your sponsor's household, it is 2 plus you and you wife it makes 4. What is not clear to me is your 2 kids and your wife's.
Are they showing on your welcome letter? If they show, whether they are accompanying you now or following to join, you must add them. 78k+27k covers even all the 7 of you.

Addition: your case is unusual.
Even 125% poverty guidelines for 7 people is around 50k +.
Just submit the wife's 27k docs.

Thanks bro, and you are right about the case been unusual, and I found out what probably made it so. The guy that co sponsor for me did something with his tax filling, such that the taxable part of his gross income was so small.

So kindly explain to me how the income work for sponsor if you understand it, does it means that the annual taxable Income must be higher than the 125% of the poverty line for the required household number involved, Or it’s the annual gross income they look at .

Annual gross income.
So you have Co sponsor again? With the 78k of your sponsor?

Applicants with earliest dates were October 06 and they have been interviewed since 2019 before the retrogression and visa restrictions. ......

We would have to be patient for some months...
They are still attending to those that thier appointments were councelled last year due to covid.

If you are not able to upload document immediately after DS260 give it a little time. If its past two weeks and the upload icons have not been activated on your portal, send enquiry request to the NVC and they will fix it. Your welcome letter should have an instruction on how to contact the NVC. If you don't find that instruction check their website. Usually contacting them requires you to fill out an ENQUIRY form on their website.
DO NOT mail supporting documents(affidavit of support, police clearance etc.) to the NVC. Those documents are to be uploaded electronically.
Remember your AOS fees must be paid before this upload section would be activated.

Hello,

My petitioner mailed the documents to NVC. I now have a priority date. Do you have an idea when the interview would be? Priority date is December 2004.

Hello house.
My family and I are currently on DQ stage since January 27th 2021 now awaiting interview schedule. My question is: what's the possibility of adding a 3rd child to the petition should we have another another baby before the interview, how will that affect our application having gone this far.
PS: our PD is July 07.
Professional advise pls. Thanks

Easy. Once you receive your interview letter, contact the embassy. Do the new born medical, add the baby on ceac, fill her Ds 260 and pay his/her fees at the embassy. Shikena.

Hi everyone. So its been a while I posted here. We got our case complete email on the 29th of sept. To God be the glory. Am just so happy that my mom sent in all the required documents and they didn't have to request additional documents, cos I hear that causes delays too. Hoping and praying to get an interview date soon.

Please I'd like to know all the documents that your mum sent to them. I'm at that very stage now

Hiya folks, May 2021 bulletin is in. F4 has its usual seven days..so at least two more months for my guy to be current.

Again, previously I argued that if F2B person gets married the parent needs to notify NVC/USCIS and not file a new app when they become USC. Wrong! F1 folks have that luxury, they get moved to F3. For F2B people, who wait for their parent to be naturalised, the parent files afresh for F3 for them. No try this marriage, just dey born dey go with your partner.
