Ds holiday tyn has made me lose focus small. Traveled with the kids to my parent's and bin kinda eating unhealthy but smhow, my brain keeps telling me that I can't just throw DT my dream of lepacious body /healthy lifestyle away. So, I am here to report myself. Did day 4 of Jillian's level 2 today with some abs workout. I hope to get back on track fully my next week,shud be back home dn. |

After my workout this morning ( day 5), hubby actually said I'm looking more compact whatever dt means sounds positive *grin*. 3 weeks of healthy eating,2 weeks of scola dondo's dance workout and 5 days of Jillian's..#singing something is moving,something is changing...Ellylace:Seeing results here and I'm sure others would say the same. |

Day 4 done. Hurt my neck two days ago while doing day 3,had instant headache at about the 20th minute..took time out yesterday. I'm much better today..no stopping! |

Read the healthy meals thread from pages 1-70..now I know I have hope. Hope I'm welcome to join you here also. I have to lose about 32kg at least plus this biggie belle no get part 2..price of motherhood..I so miss my sexy pre-marriage shape. I have downloaded the Jillian Michaels Level 1 and 2..going to kit up now and get into it. I believe we will all get there with patience. Choi..I so dislike being called 'Fat ...' :- |
