I envy u..rili trying to conquer food here. D fact dt hubby isn't into eating healthy is not making it easy at all and unfortunately, I'm d one packing + showing all d glory of d unhealthy food while hubby remain gracefully lean. I hope to conquer smday. I'm back home now,did Jillian's level 2 again today..I av to check my last post here to know day what I am.

Ds holiday tyn has made me lose focus small. Traveled with the kids to my parent's and bin kinda eating unhealthy but smhow, my brain keeps telling me that I can't just throw DT my dream of lepacious body /healthy lifestyle away. So, I am here to report myself. Did day 4 of Jillian's level 2 today with some abs workout. I hope to get back on track fully my next week,shud be back home dn.

Did day 9 around 10:30pm last night and I was so refreshed that I could not sleep until about 4hours later. Oh my, I dare not try dt again cos I feel sleep deprived psychologically but still feeling energetic.
For the press ups, always do Anita's o. I couldn't do more dn two of Nat's,those babes are mega strong.

After my workout this morning ( day 5), hubby actually said I'm looking more compact undecidedwhatever dt means sounds positive *grin*. 3 weeks of healthy eating,2 weeks of scola dondo's dance workout and 5 days of Jillian's..#singing something is moving,something is changing...

Trust nairaland to have gibberish on the fp instead of interesting threads like this..Actually i'm a Zumba junkie..but I just got the JM 30- day shred and her kinect fitness adventure game..and I can't wait to try them...Now I know what to expect from Jillian, I'd probably feel half dead after the first day tongue..But is anyone seeing reasonable results here? ..with the resistance training too?
Seeing results here and I'm sure others would say the same.

Be careful when you do the abs moves, it is very easy to do them incorrectly and end up with sore neck and whatnot. No injuries please.

Day 4 done. Hurt my neck two days ago while doing day 3,had instant headache at about the 20th minute..took time out yesterday. I'm much better today..no stopping!

I think we have the same motivation - I love sexy bodies kiss and I hate being fat angry
The motivation here drives you hard too, just stick around and we'll all get there together.











But I must warn you about our headmistress though, you won't find her a very nice person tongue tongue if you keep missing your work-outs, but never mind, just keep at it and you'll be just fine.


Thanks for the motivation.D headmistress part made me jump up and got started.The workout is quite interesting. I hope I won't give up midway.
Who is our headmistress here pls? So that I can be on the lookout and not fall victim of her cane.

Read the healthy meals thread from pages 1-70..now I know I have hope. Hope I'm welcome to join you here also. I have to lose about 32kg at least plus this biggie belle no get part 2..price of motherhood..I so miss my sexy pre-marriage shape. I have downloaded the Jillian Michaels Level 1 and 2..going to kit up now and get into it. I believe we will all get there with patience. Choi..I so dislike being called 'Fat ...' :-
