If you go to Turkey, 90 percent of the games you will play will be against English League 1 quality opponents, and you are only in the Champions League to make up the number. You are good enough for a solid, established top 8 team in the top 5 leagues in Europe. Do not waste your talent in that backwater league.

Ronald Koeman's respect for this Moroccan team is obvious by the formation tactics. The dutch tactical move from 433 in previous games to 3421 that becomes 541 in defensive transitions (off the ball) shows Koeman is cautious of Morocco's attacking threats.
But the Moroccans too are being cautious in their 4231 approach as they have not exactly committed too many players forward as they are wary of the transition threat of Gakpo, Summerville and Brobbey.

At first, I was going to retort your post but I held back and thought about this for a minute.

Truth be told, if this was Nigeria (or any other African team), the Senegalese would've came out from 1', guns blazing without any trepidation or fear in their offensive game. They would've gone no holds barred and attempted to dominate from the get go. But when it's European opposition, they'll shrivel and play more 'cautiously '. Barring Cape Verde, it seems that North Africans are the only ones to have conquered this mental block.

Senegal is suffering the consequences of their best players playing in the Saudi Arabian league. I have never really rated this Senegalese team the way some of you guys do. Ivory Coast, Morocco, and Nigeria currently play the best brand of football in Africa. They are a very boring team to watch. There is very little dynamism in their game; everything about them is just so slow and boring.

I remember watching Senegal in AFCON 2021 when they only scored one goal in their three group games, and since then, I have never rated that team. I still maintain that after this World Cup they need to get a proper coach that will bring dynamism to their game.

I just don't get why he keeps playing a boring ass player like Sarr over Assane Diao of Como, Ilman Ndiaye, and Ibrahim Mbaye. If they lose this game, they are out of the World Cup. Senegal just does not have the offensive power to steamroll Iraq in their last game.

This is why I'm begging that Osimhen finds his way back to the top 5 leagues.
