If they beat Ethiopia by 2-0 we must beat Benin by 4-0 and overtake them on goal difference as we will end on same points for play off. This is because we cannot be absolute about Rwanda beating South Africa or holding South Africa to a draw.
Also Madagascar are not likely to beat Mali in Mali neither is Uganda likely to beat Algeria in Algeria in the last group games for the playoffs slot.
