Even someone must give consent and receive result on behalf of an underaged person and an unconscious person can only be tested without consent if it is an emergency situation.

Oga I treated a Covid patient and we only found out after some days after his arrival everybody in the ward was tested I am negative till today some others were not so lucky. You can come in contact but it depends on contact and immune system.. Some People who had indirekt Kontakt mit the patient tested positive I had direkt Kontakt but tested negativ. So bro. I work here as Gesundheit und Krankheit Pfleger here in Deutschland (Germany). We had a patient brought in from Altenheim (old people home) to our Krankhaus (hospital) only to find out he was positive after some days. Which led to the shutdown of our station and testing of all workers and patients that have any thing to do with this ward. I was tested but I was only called on the phone that my result is negative same applied to all workers nobody saw any test result.. In fact at a point I was tod they may not call due to high number of test being carried out so if I do not receive any call its negative but positive they will definitely call. So how does she know the status of her result that it's negative when she did not see it?

Do you know there will be accredited voters, voided votes, votes for each party etc which must all add up to the accredited voters and must not exceed registered voters for that PU? That is why the results were rejected by the Appeal court. The results produced by Uzodinma had only his details as well as Ihedioha. No other party, no voided votes no total accredited voters. Nothing!! Just two parties and the signature of their party agents. Very abnormal I tell you.

The accreditation of the cancelled units are not in the overall accredited voters. I asked a simple question. if inec was to do a rerun in those areas would the accredited voters not increase with a new result?

it is actually simple. the votes from the 388 polling units where cancelled meaning everything coming from that polling unit was not taken into account during the collation stage. When u add the new figures to the existing vote tally u still have to add they same number to the accredited voter. becos if they are valid votes then they must have first been validly accredited. you get the drift now? so let's say it was a rerun and inec does accreditat ion and voting in this new 388 polling units don't u see d existing accredited voters will increase. that is to show you both votes and accreditation of the 388 polling units where not added to the final tally that returned ihedioha. let remove sentiments I have looked at this stuff all the blame lies on pdp lawyers not supreme Court. they only did what was right under the law and evidence before them.
