mail the embassy and ask for a reschedule
I dont think asking for a reschedule with the current problem in getting appointment dates is the best or rather fastest solution.
The first question is, do they no longer conduct Interview without the sponsor letter in hand. I know long ago, one could do the interview and still send the SL afterwards.
You guys can also contact the consulate to inquire the possibility of that.
In the next fews days, if there is anyone here applicable or who knows someone that has done Interview lately without the SL, Kindly also comment.

Please I posted an ad sometime ago regarding people who needs a private german tutor in General German Visa Enquiries forum, and was banned by either a moderator. Since then, i have been trying to send a pleading message to the mods.
On my profile "praiseovie" is written "Banned by a moderator in Travel for Don't post adverts or affiliate links outside the areas where adverts are explicitly allowed.. Ban expires on 8:47pm On Apr 04, 2019".
I posted that ad out of ignorance, because i thought it was related and would also be helpful to the german aspirants in the german visa thread. I have realized it is probably against the rules of nairaland.
Please I would be glad if I can be unbanned, and I would try to avoid any post that can lead to a ban again.
Thanks, and i look forward to you assistance.

You guys are even giving yourself headache and wahala by even asking which day payment are they on presently.
Someone would say he has been paid, and everybody wants to know which day he or she was activated..
Why don't you just believe that, when it's your turn to receive, you would surely receive your own payment.
Ponzi schemes are for the strong hearted, risk takers, those who can persevere.
That's why you were told to use your spare money, even though we know no money is spare.

Why causing problems for yourself, without realizing it.

Good day room, pls dis is urgent, I hv gathered all my documents and I need to certify them with d embassy, my first quest is:
1 can I book online? if yes,pls what's d link??
2. Or can I jst go to d embassy without applying for a date to certify d documents ??
3. What documents do I need to take to d embassy?
4. Pls is there a whatsapp group I could join to ask questions?
maximum of application documents for 5 universities can be certified there per individual in a day.
you need each of the schools application form, signed by you, then your original documents and the photocopies of each one you are using to apply.
it depends on the number of schools you are applying to. then photocopies of international passport also, depending on the number of schools.
so you would arrange each set of photocopies and the signed application form per each school, go with everything and the originals arranged in that order also.

to book an appointment on the
consulate website. Follow this link and book for
an appointment with your name, E-mail address
and your passport number. When you open the
link, click continue under legal and consular
affairs and not the continue under the visa part
of the page.
When you don reach the page to book, you go see where to choose date you want from available dates. Then between certification of documents or blocked account. At the end, they will send the appointment mail to you, which you print and take along as your gate pass.

Thanks for the information
you're welcome. if you are also merging the friend's own with yours. that means after ticking the box and filling that your friend details, then you write your name after the comma or / as it is on your bank statement also. then under relationship, you write "SELF".

I intend opening a blocked account but I heard I would need a statement of account with at least 4m naira closing balance... Can I use a friend's statement of account?... Because I really don't have that much in mine for now
Yes you can use a friends own. But make sure you write the person's name exactly as it is written on the statement of account, on the form under money would be transferred by..... after ticking the box.
Then since its your friend with different surname, you can think of any relationship you like, for relationship with the person. for example In-law/ Brother-in-law, uncle/nephew etc.
then source of funds - family members.
Then if it is more than one account statement, but the same person with exactly same names on both bank statements, it would work also.
but if it is more than one statements from different people, make sure each person's name is written on the form, separated by comma or /, and relationship with the people also in that arrangement. #bestofluck...

Pls I need help on how to ho about all this procedures... Someone should pls kindly review and help a brother out.. Thanks in anticipation.
yeah, mention what master course, which school, the course of study (English or German taught).
in fact for travelling to Germany for studies, you can just pay and learn the German language anywhere. Then if you need recognised certificate for the German language (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) depending on what the school listed in their requirements, all road leads to Goethe Institut Lagos, and Goethe fix their exams like 3 times a year. you can Google their website, or even place a call.
90% of students who has even gotten to Germany through student visa either for bachelor or masters didn't use any form of agent, so you can research more about your course and school (either one or preferably many schools). that would help you share less of your money with any so-called agent, and avoid some unnecessary mistakes.
At the end of the day, you must do your visa interview when the time comes, at the consulate in Lagos yourself (interview questions and answers are posted here in this nairaland forum, then additional answers can be found via internet/google).
you must prove means of sponsorship either through 1)Scholarship, 2)Guarantor by someone living in Germany, but not necessarily a German person, could be a Nigerian with good records and high income, or 3) Deutsche bank blocked account of €8790 currently (€150 euro inside is the bank commission).
Since it is masters you are planning for, you can apply to many schools yourself that has your course or similar course, using www.daad.de for easy search using options, keywords and criterias, or via the school website. the schools would require online application, then the printed and signed form, together with certification of photocopied documents, (either embassy certification, or some accept court notarization). which you would post to them in Germany. some through a body called uniassist (charges is required for uniassist applications).
If you are lucky to get more than one admission, you can select. most English taught programs don't need German requirement at all sef, your learning the language would be personal advantage, and its cheaper to learn in Naija, especially Goethe institut Lagos. There are also programs partially taught in both English and German. But German taught usually need B1 or B2, and no matter where or how you learn the language, you must write and pass the exam in Goethe institut Lagos, to get the certificate.
so do your analysis and research, summer 2017 applications are already on the go, and each school has their various deadlines. except you are targeting winter 2017.
I think you need to research well, or check the school website of this your so-called (Inseberg-Coast International Technoscience
Institute) and premasters, and know what it's really about, and what the school wants as requirement. is it a German school with branch affiliation in Nigeria, or just a language school.
Shikena!

arbitrage:
1. Nigerian Skrill account is allowed.
2. You can transfer from most of Nigerian bank cards depending on the limits on your Skrill account, which is higher if it's a verified account.
3. Yes there are 2 limits. One is the amount allowed for a Skrill account funding by card (verified account is higher). The second and most important limit now is the one imposed by your Nigerian bank, which you cannot withdraw beyond it daily. You can see the charges when you visit the fees sections of Skrill website. You can transfer Skrill from any account in any currency to another in any currency. Instead of the person you transfer to withdrawing to his/her bank account, you can also withdraw it to your linked bank account to. I do both ZAR to/fro USD.
thanks bro, I appreciate for all the explanations..
