Yes I agree with you that Tinibu did not factor in PO. However, in my analysis, even if Tinibu had picked a pastor as running mate, northern Christian still wouldn’t vote for him. As a matter of fact, most Christian both in the north and south wouldn’t vote for Tinibu, and still lose so votes to Atiku. So in other to tighten the northern Muslim votes, he picked the MM so as to ganer thier votes.
