A lot has been said already, but here is what I think.
Stay away from dating for a while and every form of relationship, thus allowing and giving yourself time to heal. According to what you wrote earlier, he wasted 18months of your life. Good thing you've had the experience at a tender age. Do not hate men, see it as one of those things that happens in life (shits), I know it hurts ,but you just have to pick yourself and move on.
