Only1mi: I've said it before and I stand by it, if I'm with someone, I'm in a partnership. Until I got married, I was my dad's responsibility, after I got married, my husband and I decided how we'd work as a unit. If I don't look good, I fix up myself, same thing for my very vain hubby. you're not your dad's responsibility. you're your parents responsibility. out.. |

henceforth I won't comment in any thread created because of broke guys / broke ladies, golddiggers or whatever shits because the people who propagate this topics and the posts within are not who they're trying to portrait in reality.
some people always tend to say things they're not just to impress others or make people think they're rich or something.
Conclusion; anybody that thinks he/she is rich, I'd like to book an appointment with such person.
some don't even have up to 300k in their accounts but the way the present themselves on social media, you'll think they're billionaires when in reality they got absolutely nothing.
mehn.. no time for fake shíts I'm out, I've work to do.. |

Love is not enough that word says it all. broke people always disturbing others. if your bf isn't a millionaire so why all the noise since yesterday even my fiance is wealthier than him. NB; never take some people seriously on social media. some people have time to keep arguing with this broke this and that shít. Thank God I stopped reading the comments and went to movies section. |

lefulefu: Una wey dey put women on monthly allowance/salary under the guise of gwefwend keep on doing it oo . The money ur parents send to u for school fees u will be giving it a girl for her monthly upkeep or the little money u earn as a worker ..instead of u to save some of it and use to further urself in school u will be using the money to feed a woman. Take a look at young men who make it a vocation in their life being financial footholds for women..they never progress in life. Na d level wey dem dey ten yrs ago dem go still dey jus cos all their time, energy and emotion they invest it on women . If u have extra u can give but never make it a monthly or weekly issue giving money to a woman under the tag of girlfriend allowance.if u are a young man paying monthly allowance to a woman just cos she gives u a Mouth Gig u be mumu . sex starved kids won't hear... whatever rocks their boat.. |

greiboy: The late Nelson Mandela once said" education is powerful weapon which we can be used to change the world".
It is a tool meant for liberation and self sufficiency.
Therefore, nobody should have a sense of entitlement after the acquisition of education, otherwise Mandela must have been lying when he made that statement. to avoid all this stories... guys should stop dating broke babes.. nairaland ladies are going to insult Mandela for that statement... mehn.. time wasting |

majekoam: There is more to this matter than meets the eye.
The truth is that most men understand the concept whether the admit it or not.
The fact is that they don't want to be played a fool by providing for a woman that will then just dump them or jump to another man when they have used them up. Let's not pretend there are not women out there who do such.
A man gives his women money for upkeep but what of the return (If as a woman you are reading this and your mind says "I'm giving him sex" then Its a shame). This is just my experiences so I AM NOT SPEAKING ABOUT ALL WOMEN. Sex doesn't keep a man. Looks don't keep a man. Ask Celebrities.
One former girlfriend said such a sentence to me a few years back. I was in Abuja and knew in my spirit that I wasn't the only guy she was seeing. She said I should provide for makeup, hair, clothes. I didn't provide for all but gave her something. As God is my witness she admitted to me last week that she was seeing others. So wasnt I justified in what I did?
My point is here that many of the women that complain about such are the ones you should be wary of. Big red flag. There are too many good women out there to settle. Find one. Treat her right and this wont be an issue. You will do it happily. Mr man all these ones are long epistles stop dating broke babes.. una no go hear |

greiboy: Why do women waste time to acquire skills then? I.e. Education
Shouldn't every woman just end up In the kitchen then, since women go into relationship mainly for stability? exactly! why attend a university when you don't intend to use the degree to add to your country's economy? why not stay at home and beautify yourself? a man will still come for you.. sending most naija ladies to school is a waste of resources, I still stand by this stance.. marriage is their top priority in life.. |

makydebbie: Love, relationships and everything that comes with it should be mutual. I can't go into a relationship with the mentality that, I'm doing this guy a favor by dating him, then there's no love there. SUCH RELATIONSHIPS CANNOT WORK, because it's one sided. It means the love is one sided too. For two individuals to come together, overlook each others flaws, whatever they feel should be mutual. The guy would've gone for that cute sexy girl in the street, so for him to choose you and start taking care of you, he's doing you a favor too because it could be anybody. It's better for a lady to remain single than to be in a relationship where she thinks she's doing him a favor. That's a different kind of pride and narcissism.
Lol, I'm trying to understand this, but like you said I really can't understand it, so I'll just respect your opinion. girls like this are still in Africa |
