So this was the idiot that called me some months ago?
I was resting at home and got a call that he mistakenly transfered air time to me and that I should not use it , I should send it back. That its baba agbalahba own (whatever that means) i told him I didn't receive anything and if he is sure he sent it to me , he should check his out box or sent messages to retrieve it , this guy called like 6 times speaking Yoruba , I just pick the call, leave the phone for ground any time he calls . in the evening he called that he has seen it and thank me for not loading and that the baba wants to speak with me, I just keep the phone for ground waka.

My Subscription for 364 days primary market a fortnight ago through First bank failed to get through. I went to the bank to enquire acknowledgement receipt. To my greatest surprise was told that their bid failed and money have been returned. I felt a pinch meaning if I didn't ask, no one cared to alert me, after two weeks my money was deducted from my account. They suggested that I re subscribe for the up coming bid date which I declined out of anger. Now I am in another branch to make a fresh booking but was told I was late, the bidding was conducted yesterday. In desperation I opted for the secondary market which they offered me 16 % for 274 days which is lower than the 364 days tenor I intended.
Please house I would want to know if I should go along with it or still wait another two weeks. Is it a good offer?. Need your response urgently

Am going to be as brief as i can.
I know we all see real estate agents and property developers every where. The truth is that the real estate industry is huge and there is a big gap for housing compare to Nigeria's population and most people see getting a home for your self Is a thing for the RICH, but i disagree. Anyone can own a home and be free from the claws of land lord/lady.
I have also talked to lots of people and they have a common response that Mortgage financing is far better abroad than here. To an extend i agree but most of the time i blame it on us, we are so relaxed and do not care to dig up informations on Mortgage here in Nigeria, most people dont even know the existence of Mortgage Bank and what they do.
Their primary responsibility Is Mortgage financing and even rents.
The thing is that you cant just walk into any Mortgage Bank to ask for loan, you MUST have a history and it beings from just having an account either savings or current.
I work for New Prudential Mortgage Bank and the Unique thing about this firm is that, you dont just deposit you can also withdraw. You will have your atm debit card and Internet banking available. This will enable have a history/relationship with the bank and whenever you are ready to own a house you can walk up to us.
Who says you cant owe your own house and pay in bit over 10years.
