Simple follow these tips:



1. Wash the pillow cases and wrappers you use regularly. And dry then even when not used daily under hot sun to kill the bacteria and pathogens in them. And stop sleeping with or wearing dirty clothing.



2. Bath regularly. I mean regularly even if it means using just water without soap. Four time a day to get rid of germs faster so they don't build up on your body


3. Use antiseptic soaps like Dudu osun or okin


4. If you want fast relief, use methylated powder, but don't use it if you do not bath. Use it after bathing.



5. If you want swifter relief, get Benzyl Benzoate. Thus shouldn't be more than 400/800 Naira. Apply it like cream over affected areas after bath and leave to stick to your body. After 45/60 minutes of application bath
