I got an email yesterday that I have assessment at UBA bank at marina,Lagos. I already left Lagos for my bro's wedding at abj.
The assessment is to hold Fri by 2pm while the wedding is Saturday.
Pls what do u guys suggest i should do

There are.
It depends on the church you attend.
NYSC recognises two Christian bodies, which are :
National Association of Catholic corps members (NACC). Mainly for Catholics.
Nigeria Christian corpers Fellowship(NCCF).For all other churches.
The both of them have corpers lodges in Lagos.

I wrote a test sometime ago. 30 numerical reasoning and 30 English/ verbal reasoning questions in 40 mins!
Funny experience.

I understand how painful and disappointing it is when you apply for something like this and you see your mates getting invites and you don't. But to those that applied successfully and didn't get invites, I want to tell you simply to get off refreshing your mail every second, quit jumping when you hear an SMS notification in your phone and move on.

There are many other opportunities out there for you, believe me. I have not received an invite myself. I applied on the early hours of Wednesday and I know very well that I meet and surpass the requirements. But then, no invite yet. What do I do? Simple. I dust myself and look out for the next opportunity. I advise you to do the same too.

To those that have invitation for the test, congratulations but take this piece of advise very seriously. Prepare very well. The test is going to be tough, believe me. And even if it isn't so tough, know now that only the best of the best will progress to the next stage.

There are no interviews for this recruitment. After the test, the next thing will be Skye Business School. So, Skye bank would want to ensure that only the deserving make it to the next round.

Take my word for it: probably close to 1000 were invited this year. I know that less than 10% will progress through the next round. That is less than 100, precisely around 60-70 would enter Business School. Be among those few.

Not everyone that applied are on this forum. So, I will not be surprised if a lot of persons here would be disappointed, but God forbid.

My advice? Study hard and pray hard. It's not about doing well or passing the cut off mark (I don't believe there is any for this test) but the question is, "How many candidates can you outperform?" If you score 70%, that's commendable, but what if 100 candidates score 80% and above? Where does that leave you?

Don't waste this opportunity!

If one redeploy the person won’t be paid state allowance

Its not true dear.

When you redeploy to a new state, your previous state will pay you for three months, after which your new state will begin to pay you.
You will also create another bank account in your new state.

I will advice you go. Camp is 3 weeks, after that, you redeploy to any state you want. If you reject it, believe me they will post you there again. I know 2 pple they did that to.

same here,my contact is also a DI. all he told me is that they will do Christmas at home,am just thinking that if it's that 16th, by now they would have given then their phones and allow them to invite whoever they want to.

The person that told me is a DI cadre. He has been relating with me almost all their activities.

I really appreciate God for the admin of dis forum, u guys are doing what only God himself can reward. i got a job via a link on dis platform as an executive assistant at the beginning of this month. I joined the group when the page was 400 pages, got my job around 600 pages, while waiting i just kept believing not until i got my employment letter did i stop applying for jobs in here. Nooooo.
We were 15 that went for the interview from my state. 5 guys were called to camp. The rest of us accepted our fate.I continued with my studies and I'm currently serving.
They went to camp last year DEC. Then, sept this year, they were given 2 weeks break to go and prepare for exams. They have written the exams and their POP is 16th DEC.
That's for DI.
