I never knew about this thread until I stumbled on it just few minutes ago. I was invited for the screening. I went to enugu for the exercise. First, we stood in the sun for hours and then later we stood on lines according to our states and matched in. Inside we received biodata form which we filled and it aws stapled to our credentials. Next we entered another queue for height verification. Those who passed this stage like me had their height column ticked. And then we proceeded to another queue by states where our credential photocopies were verified with our originals. Those whose credentials were complete were okayed. That marked the end of Friday. That night text were sent to successful ones like me for test the next day. Saturday, the next day we wrote the text comprising of maths, english, current affair and even economics. That's it. We are now waiting for what's next

Same procedure with ours last year.

Pls if u have means, do so. NYSC is not worth the stress jor. The scheme should be reviewed or scrapped.

Really annoying but man has to move on. INEC training is ongoing for a bye-election and participation has been made compulsory for all of us in my LG. The way my heart beats now ehn when I remember how they were shooting during the LG chairmanship elections around where I stay some weeks back. May God continue to protect all of us.

At least I know where Fako estate is, so it exist, but dont know the company you are going to. Get to excellence hotel in ogba and cross to the opposite side where keke and bikes are. Enter keke going to oke-ira. the last bus stop is just by the Fako estate, or you can just take a bike going to oke-ira and tell the man you are going to that estate.

After my interview today with an outsourcing firm, they gave me the company's name and address. I googled but didn't see the company via google.
I searched the address through Lara.ng but didn't find the address.

Pls nairalanders, what do you suggest I do?
I have interview with the company tomorrow.

yeah! they are real. and it's true they take 50% of your first salary. As for your course of action, I suggest you consider your options. if you don't have work experience and you get the job, then take it. the truth is that there's always something better out there...

I got the below invite. I googled about them, they are outsourcing firm. But in a thread in nairaland last year, someone said they usually ask for 5k registration for a job you ain't sure of, and they take 50% of the salary.

Pls what do you suggest I should do?

Yeah. It is possible. My colleague has done it. She was asked to check for her new posting letter in two weeks time.
I will start my own change of PPA next week.
