Are you okay? In any transaction involving N10,000 and above, the government collects N50. It doesn't matter which party paying the bill. The Government largesse still remains unchanged. N50 earned and transferred to government purse.

What is hard to understand in what he wrote? As a business owner you have say for example 100 people sending #10k and above into your account and #50 is deducted every time. That's #5000 loss for you at the end of the day. But with this new policy that's gone. It's the senders, one by one, that will be charged the #50 and some of them do such transactions only once in a day.
