My mum did hers in 2013 or so then she thought it didn't pull through then she went last year with me when I wanted to register for mine but she was told that her details was already in their database, she was asked if she had registered before and that was all

The second one will be invalid. Once National Identity Number (NIN) has been generated for you with the initial registration, it can never be done again because your fingers print must have been captured.

So I opened a new bank account with my phone and deposited some money into it.

Now I can't use the money because my BVN has not been linked to the account number.

I went to the bank and they said they will not link it because the name on the BVN does not tally with the name on my voter's card.

So they told me I must provide an ID that tallies with the name on my BVN.

I thought of obtaining a new BVN or national ID.

I went and registered for a new national IDy the day before yesterday. They told me to come next week.

But now my conscience is disturbing me and I'm also a bit scared. Is this right? And is there any consequences for it?

I don't know why, but the thought of approaching a girl is always more fearful than actually doing it.

Anytime I want to approach a girl, I feel this overwhelming anxiety but once I work up my mind to do it and actually walk up to her, I feel so relaxed and comfortable. It's really surprising.

3rd Toasting Update

I don't know if this one qualifies. But I'll post it sha because that's all I did today.

So I've been eyeing this girl for sometime now. The lecture room where I do go to use the school Wi-Fi is where she comes to too.

I've met her in the class a few times and she do sit at the same spot, just opposite me on the opposite bench ( ).

She's cute. Fair. Sincerely, I have great preference for fair girls and that's why I've never gone to bed with a black girl before nor toasted one for that matter.

Anyways, today she was sitting on where I normally sat and was using the only functioning socket closest to chair.

Thankgod my battery was somehow charged so I just sat down on her space and was browsing my thing.

After sometime I stood up to go charge my phone on the other socket and since I could not sit beside it I went back to sit beside her again.

Me: (looking somehow bored) what movie are you watching?

Her: (looking up) oh its actually not a movie... It's a reality show

Me: (getting up and moving close to her) oh shift let's watch together.

Her: OK (stands up) I think you should go inside, (I was hesitant, personally I dislike sitting inside while a girl sits outside.. Looks cagey)

Seems she saw me hesitating and explained "since I'm the one with the phone I think I should sit outside"

Me: OK

The reality show was somehow though. Funny and we both have a good laugh and a few playful arguments. Since the show requires you choose sides we both had something to talk about.

It was going well oh before the devil started his hand work. A guy now called her (boyfriend?) Turns out the guy was waiting for her at the school gate. She didn't want to get up, so I was like "this is how you girls will be using us as solar panels eh" laughs and explains she will soon go.

She then told me she'll be coming back. Anyways she came back with the guy (I just weak).

I don't know but I felt as if the guy was looking at me somehow when she came to collect her flash drive from me. Anyways they didn't sit down and left after I gave her the drive.

Hope to see her again soon.

nice one op i have experienced that too. from experience there are reasons why girls respond that way.
(1)she may be having a badday and hence not in a good mood .you should have tried to lighten her mood by making a very funny statement that first sentence you made was not humourous enough to lighten her mood even if she doesnt respond that day just leave an impression that will get her curious about ur personality then try again sometime.

(2)women are very intuitive in nature they can easily sense fear,nervousness and pessimism .if they sense it turns them off thats their nature. women instinctively craze confidence in men it doesnt matter if he is a jerk just be confident and sure of yourself and super relaxed naturally she will succumb to your guts especially young girls of 18----24

(3)was your body language kul enof?did you look her in the eye and smile with that i dont care attitude ,was your voice tone deep and exude manliness .were you in a good and happy mood when you approach her.

in summary women naturally respond to high masculinity (solid confidence and charisma) and men naturally respond to high feminity (boobs ,ass, curves and fine face).

my voice has been the bane of my life. I have this childlike voice (not funny) that makes people turn and look at me like "is it just you that spoke?". I've tried to change it but it didn't work. It has kept me from speaking much in group as well as talking to people in noisy areas.
I don't know if this is logical but people especially women seems to like it somehow. Maybe that deep voice is overrated.

The only part I hate is that I have to tell people I'm angry before they know it (laughs) no matter how I shout its still the same.

As for the girl I don't think I'll ever see her again. I think I'll really need to come up with some funny lines, the truth is thar I don't like pickup lines much as I like to keep it natural.

No, I only feel anxious when I thought about walking up to a girl and talking with her but in the process I'm very confident. Most times it feels natural.

2nd Toast Update

Personally, I like going for a walk at night. But this time I was sitting down on one spot receiving fresh air when I I saw this fair girl returning from work. I couldn't see her face because it was getting dark but her shape was really good.

The moment I saw her, I wanted to approach, it was then that the devilish anxiety kicked in. I let her walked past me and was just sitting and staring at her behind.

She was getting further and further away and I was just sitting there giving myself various excuses. Well, I don't know how but I got up and started following her. After following her like mumu for some time, I caught up with her.

Naturally,

Me: wow, Wetin you go buy like this? (she was carrying a nylon bag)

Her: nothing

Me: na nothing full bag like this?

Her: (a bit rude) [/i]I said it's nothing. See I'm very tired from work, just leave me alone!

Me: [i] (open my eyes in surprise) eeyah sorry eh.

Her: Thank you!

We walked in silence for a while and I started again:

Me: so where do you work?

Her: [i] ( stops walking) [/i]I said you should leave me alone!

By this time we're at a little intersection and she took the other route which leads to a compound. Don't know if that's her house.

First Toast Update

So I was going to school when I saw this fine fair girl. Great hair and cute lips.

Immediately approach anxiety kicks in but I knew I wanted to meet her.

We were both going in the same direction, however, I was in front. So after moving for some time and kicking myself (mentally) I slowed down a bit for her to catch up with me.

When she was a little behind

Me: JAMB?

Her: Sorry?

Me: (smiled a little) are you here to jamb registration?

Her: oh yeah

Me: wow. I think we headed in the same direction ( [i] it's obvious blockhead [i/] )

Her: I guess so. Are you going for jamb too?

Me: no. I'm going to the library.

Her: OK

Me: is this your first jamb?

Her: no o. Second time.

Me: OK. War course are you applying for?

Her: theater art.

Me: aaah. The next Genevieve.

Her: (laughs) I pray oh.

We then went back and forth me as we moved on.

I have the conversations still in my head but don't think I'll put everything down.

She later asked for my number and I gave her. I collected hers also. Let's see what will come out of this one.

Personally, I prefer meeting girls like we've met before. Start a conversation naturally like I wasn't going to toast her and then everything falls in place.
