the reason is simple: providing content is no longer good enough. anyone can put up a couple of write-up or make a video, but not everyone can provide detailed and well-structured write-ups that users can easily understand and follow its instructions.

as a marketer, you should both aim for contents that are high-quality and at the same time easy to read.

writing for the internet is a lot different from academic research paper.

content is the reason why people use the internet. When they search on google, they are looking for something:content that can help them solve a particular problem, answer their questions or fill their curiosity.

without content, google is as good as nothing and the internet a hopeless concept.

the internet in all its glory is a tool to fill the needs of users.

as a rule the more you can satisfy your users, the more they will keep coming back for more. that is, the more useful content you can provide, the more your business will keep growing.

youtube alone has a very complex algorithm in place to find what you need. google feeds it with data from your recent searches so that when you visit the platform, you'll always find something useful. since youtube can satisfy user's needs better than any video sharing platform, who can beat it now?

same way google rose from nothingness to the world's largest tech company even though yahoo was there long before it. any google user will tell you that google offers better search results than yahoo though they are in the same field.

as an internet marketer, it should be your number one priority to put users needs before profit. useful content should dominate your platform rather than clickbaits, marketing gibberish.

users today are a lot wiser than before. you'll have to come across as someone who wants to genuinely help and convince them so before they can give you their loyalty and then money.

the only way to do this is by providing contents; useful ones, presented in an easy to understand manner.

content is king and to be ahead of the competition, you must give it priority.

I was once in op's shoes and trust me it's not funny.

Mr ogogorofreak did to the op exactly what someone did to me. He asked and I provided every details including photographs of my student's ID card, admission letter, photo of myself and so on. In the end nothing.

My take is, if you want to help then help the person because you can never know if the person is genuine or a scam.

If it turns out to be real and you have the resource and didn't help, maybe God won't punish you but you've really missed out on the opportunity of touching a life, of healing a soul or convincing that person that loving people like you still exists.

If it's a scam, you've lost nothing because you helped within your capacity.

As I'm typing this, I'm still thinking of how to get my fees but God forbid I'll ever ask anyone on here for help.

Once I saw a guy with a post begging for people to help save his mother's life. I read it and it really touched my heart. Despite people mocking him and calling him a scam, I went ahead and sent the last 1k in my account to him.

Maybe he's a scam but what if he's real and he's mum is really perishing, should we not have done something and let God or karma be the judge.

Please if anyone wants to help the op, go ahead and give within your reach. Let the God you believe in be the judge.

Well I know it perfectly. My father once sent me out of the house. Two straight days I had nothing to eat, no water to drink. Was sleeping on a stair beside a shop with some guys.

The third day I couldn't bear the hunger anymore and had to go beg a woman. The moment I opened my mouth, my body began shaking with hot tears rolling down my cheek.

The woman was kind enough to give me something to eat.

Till date I don't hesitate to help anyone I come across so long as I have the means not minding whether they are lying or not. Helping someone in need doesn't suck up your wealth, you only give the amount you can afford.
