The UK has numerous challenges they’re currently facing, which should keep her busy. She shouldn’t use Nigeria to gain cheap popularity. She’s always critical of the country, whereas, in her mind, she’s technically not one of us again. You cannot, as a foreigner, be criticizing America (or any other Western country) before an American citizen and be tolerated, even though they might be very critical of their own country. Therefore, a “non-Nigerian”, such as Kemi, should not be tolerated by us.
Asangbekoko:
Make she no talk am?
I think Nigeria deserves global exposure about it's infrastructural poverty at this stage. It seems our leaders would never rise up to the the challenge.

Just as any stock can dip. However, I’m of the opinion that the dip is over for now. I couldn’t exit my position in another company that I wanted to rotate into adding more units of FIDSON while the circa N99 promo lasted. Anyway, I’m comfortably in the bus with a good profit margin.
deathwing:
grin grin It can still dip. I sha bought a little for the first time at 99-100 since I don't have any Pharma exposure in my portfolio. If it dips even lower, will consider buying more
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by presiade(m): 12:10pm On Jun 11
That has always been the U.S. way, nothing new here. That’s why many people dislike the country, though it's a great one.

Yep. The reason why I always say the supporters of the POTUS are people without any morality or principles.

Before you know what’s called Christianity, I’ve been a Christian. I’m only asking you to learn.
Heffalump:
As a Mulla, you won't understand. I'll be surprised if you do. Better keep and appear sensible. You can't comprehend that name. Period!

The person you’re referring to as “Jesus” will be shocked when he hears that name, because he never heard it while he was on Earth—his name is Yeshua , and Jesus is only a Greco-Roman (now Anglicized) invention (fiction).
Heffalump:
Do you know Jesus too?

Even the Devil can't pronounce that name without trembling.

What’s the present value of the future $50B valuation? Isn’t that what people should pay now?
Agbalowomeri:
So that means this summary is wrong ba?

Dangote Petroleum Refinery is raising funds primarily to support a massive expansion of its processing capacity from its current 700,000 barrels per day to 1.4 million barrels per day by 2028,

The valuation by the production of 1.4 million barrels per day is supposed to be $50B. That is my own understanding

It’s funny how IKEJAHOTEL paid their tasere 2026 interim dividend ahead of the FY 2025’s final dividend.
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by presiade(m): 8:20pm On Jun 05
If you’d factored in your dividends over the years, then you’d have broken even or made some gains even with the inflation.
ositadima1:
Let's say I bought Dangote Cement at ₦300 when fuel was also ₦300 per litre, before the Tinubu administration. Now, my investment has grown by about 3.7 times, almost 4 times my original capital. I decide to take profit, but the problem is that the ₦1,100 I can now sell the stock for cannot buy the same amount of fuel the ₦300 could back then.

My question is: did I really make a gain?

Another question: should I be worried that bears are coming to push these stocks down?

Bearish market vs. bear market. Two different terminologies.

Yep, that's how markets work.

P.S. A bear market is declared after a 20% decline from the most recent high, We are not there yet.

But this lying old man said it’s not a war but a “military action”, and that’s why he doesn’t need Congress’ sanction for it. Now the senile man claims the he’s a wartime president. What a confused element enabled by a rubber stamp Congress!

Despite the huge supply, it’s been trading sideways for the past few trading sessions (intraday support at N122.85), that’s compression. So, I’d think the maximum it will shed before resuming an upward trend is 10%. If I’m just about to enter the bus, I’d start picking up at N122.85.
sterlingD:
Any tip on the likely bottom for Fidson
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by presiade(m):
If you’re patient, pick up some units of FIDSON. Once those offloading their rights issues are done, price appreciation will begin. Also, position in ZENITH for the imminent price appreciation after the recent losses. Do your due diligence!
