Best pregnancy sex positions

Having a bun in the oven doesn’t mean you and your partner need to put sex on hold for 9 months. In fact, increased blood flow to your pelvic region during pregnancy can make sex even better! Having sex during pregnancy is perfectly safe, but as your belly grows, there are certain positions that are easier on you and your partner. Here are a few positions fit for a mom-to-be:

Spooning on your left side: This position puts almost no pressure on your belly, and lying on your left side reduces weight on your organs from your growing uterus. Your partner can adjust the angle of penetration to make you comfortable.

Woman on top: If you want to minimize additional weight on your belly, being on top lets you control the speed and intensity of movement.

On top of pillows: Talk about comfort! You might already be using pillows for extra body support to sleep, so keep them handy during sex to minimize back pain.

.Reverse cowgirl: In this position, you’re straddling on top facing your partner’s feet. This keeps your belly out of the way and puts you in control!

Leaning against the wall: Stand with your hands or elbows against the wall and let your partner penetrate you from behind--an upright position might reduce some aches and pains of lying on your back.

My DH has really been a darling though, I went for my first scan last week (8weeks) and saw my sweet LO so tiny with a stable heartbeat, appetite 0%, always tired, can't keep anything down and I pity my baby atimes .
But at a point I said my baby isn't hungry coz if it is it won't be making me throw up all the time

me too teamie couldn't wait decide to go for scan and i saw my little Angel so cute with strong heartbeat the feeling was something else...

Hope everyone and their baby and doing fine. Who has registered for ante-natal yet or we are all counting down to week 12-14. I'm planning to register in November cuz that's the only time I'd have time to do it.

Who's having cravings yet, I can hardly manage to keep any food down, not even water, sometimes I wonder what my baby is eating since he/she keeps making me throw up everything I eat.

I wey no get faith during my novena prayer with a sister cos of AF, I was so disturbed even the sister noticed but she join her faith with me and I came out victorious.. please my fruitiful mother's let's not loose hope, he will definitly do it. JESUS THE TEAR WIPER WILL. DRIED YOUR TEARS AND MAKE YOU SING A SONG. THE ONLY SACRIFICE I MADE WAS 500 I DROPPED IN THE CHURCH IN EXCHANGE OF MY BLESSINGS.

I haven't been able to drink water in ages, I went for a medical exam yesterday and the color of my pee scared me I feel like I really want to drink H2oH but we can't seem to find the drink anywhere around.
