Lolz, u re correct, I ve read many books on the whites, ranging from social to economic to health, they are just bunch of confused beings,

the Street urchins we have today are a product of unplanned parenthood and parents who cannot afford to take care of them . leaving them on the streets to survive with the mentality that God takes care of children. Wth!

Exactly my point, and since the govt has failed the masses, what would u rather they do? Fold their arms and wait for govt to live up to its expectations? NO!!!!!!, they will survive on their own, and that what we have been doing over the years, trying to survive without the govt.
