The family of late Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu have told a Federal High Court, Lagos, that Debe Odumegwu-Ojukwu, who claims to be the leader’s eldest son, is not one of them. In counter affidavits, opposing the N100 million suit slammed against them by Debe, filed through George Uwechue, one of their lawyers, the family said that the applicant was not listed in their father’s will as one of his children. Debe had sued Ojukwu Transport Limited, Joseph Ojukwu, Emmanuel Ojukwu, Lotanna Ojukwu, Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, Emeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu and Patricia Ojukwu before Justice Okon Abang.
