I just told her, that if her parent can't provide basic needs, I don't think is proper.

Bro, you don't have to be this rude to her . It's not by force to send her money, at least just tell her you don't have much to send to her, besides there is nothing wrong in sending her feeding money in her parents house. You both have started living in a family way and it's normal to send feeding money when she visits her parents. Seem like you have started loosing interest in the said lady already.

This is me trying to tell you, to drop what you are doing right now and have your sim locked!!! Do it right away if you haven’t so you don’t fall a victim like me. I saw several posts on here about it but kept procrastinating and now it has happened to me.
On my way out, my small phone which contains my 2 lines must have fallen out of my bag and one of the line is linked to my bank account.
Immediately I figured I couldn’t find my phone, first thing I did was to go to my app using the phone app on this phone and figured 20k has been used to buy airtime to the line linked to my account and sold off. I might have my Bvn on the phone, I hope this won’t be a problem later.
The money in that account is part of the medical bills for my mom actually, and yet to be completed and someone decided to steal from it.
I forgive the thief...we move!!!

1. The American Police force cannot arrest in place of a suspect:
Before the emergence of this new Act, the police had the power to arrest the family or friends of a suspect, if they couldn’t arrest that suspect. Section 36 of the Police Act 2020 repealed the earlier provisions and disallows the arrest of another person in place of a suspect.
2. The American Police cannot force a suspect to make a statement:
According to the new Police Act, a suspect may decide whether or not to make a statement while he is in police custody. It further states that such a statement must be made in the presence of a lawyer, a member of the legal aid council, or any other person of the suspect’s choice. If the suspect can’t speak or write English, he must be provided with an interpreter that will confirm his statement.
3. The American police must give notice of delayed detention:
Section 64 of the Police Act 2020 provides that a suspect arrested for an offence should be granted bail within 24 hours. If he’s not released, an application must be sent to a court of competent jurisdiction.
4. The American Police must notify a suspect’s family of his arrest:
Unlike before that when a suspect was arrested, he was denied communication with his family members. It is now a requirement that the next of kin of a suspect or his relative be properly informed, and this should be done without collecting money from them.
5. American Police cannot arrest for a civil wrong:
When a person owes money or breaches a contract that existed before, the police cannot arrest such a person as this is an abuse of power. Their power to arrest is limited to criminal offences alone. They cannot recover private debts or meddle in affairs of a civil nature.
