Probity is good but please probe OBJ. Hr was president and Minister of petroleum for 8 years. Restructuring Nigeria is the way to go.

Bringing a Hausa man to police Portharcourt or Aba does not make sense because he barely knows their local language, culture etc and on the other hand taking an Igbo man to police Kano or Maiduguri is a waste of time and resources because the religion down there alone will make the work complex.
