Some say theirs is phlegm, some say sang, others say chol/Mel....... but as 4 me o, d last time I use thermometer check my temperature (abi na temperament sef, mtcheww ..... all na d same tin) it showed 37 degrees centigrades.

Like I said earlier, saying/thinking "The Blood of Jesus" has ALWAYS WORKED 4 ME! No "willpower" is necessary! If u find it difficult to say it with ur mouth due 2 d attack/'paralyais', then "think" it! The 'paralysis'/demon(s) have no control over ur thots! Again, no force/willpower is necessary in ds process. Just d mention/thought of "THE BLOOD OF JESUS", no matter how feebly u say/think it, is all u need!
