I started my application thou. But still not sure weather to continue or not because my certificate is showing 2016 as my Year of graduation and my service year 2017/2018..Don't know whether to continue or not... Please you suggestions and advice

Good morning guys,mine is not even showing were I can upload my medical certificate, birth certificate and indigen certificate. Am just seeing three column (O'level, Bsc, and professional certificate) that's all... please what is the way forward? I have even deleted those three thing all might come up but still yet noting?
