He asked me if I have his picture and I said yes. He told me to print his picture and put in inside a bottle, buy needle, egg, and a few other things and he'll come take them and give it to someone to take it to the forest in the village. There are some heartless jujus in my place.

That forest is too evil for my liking.

As instructed, I put the picture inside a bottle. I don't really want to give it to him, but he wants it. He hates criminals just as I do.

Should I give it to him? I don't want to use police because they'll keep wasting my money. The 55k is not my concern, but this guy scamming other people is.
