Let me reiterate the yardstick for qualifying to participate in Plan 3 because so many people failed to read and just thought they can ask to be entered for the plan.

YOU MUST HAVE COMMENTED, SOMEWHERE IN THE THREAD, PROVIDING IDEA ON HOW TO SELECT THE NEEDING FAMILIES.

So, if all you said was asked to be considered and no idea was suggested, no matter how impractical it might be, you are NOT qualified and will NOT be shortlisted.
