If it freezes and operate itself u might want to change ur digitiser. That's the main prob with the touching itself. That will also correct the sensor. It's like using one stone to kill 2bird. Ur engineer shud know better

yes,i flashed it about 4 months ago,it started having this network issues after flashing.

Good morning to the engineers, my Infinix Hot 4 had a broken screen and when i went to replace the screen it started having other issues. Now the screen doesn't go off anymore, even when i press the side button, it just goes off and come back on the next second. The repairer said i should do a system upgrade and it will stop. I did and it didn't. What should i do?
Note that if the screen refuses to go off, I have to reboot it before it will response for a few minutes and then starts acting up again. Also the touch screen messes up sometimes. Sometimes it freezes. All these were not happening before the screen change.

Just charge it u av nothing to worry about. The fone just freezed. Next time just press those button together

Press and hold the power button for at least 15 to 30 secs . It should reboot. It only freezed. Or hold both volume down and power button for same secs

Both can affect ur fone separately or both at the same time

Hey guys. Please my phone developed a problem where it gets stuck at the loading screen. That is, whenever I switch it on, it doesn't go to the home screen, it just stays stuck on the loading screen. So the phone repairer suggested that I flash the phone. Now the problem is that I have very important files on the phone and can't afford to lose them. So please is there anyway I can access, transfer or retrieve my files from the phone while it's still on the loading screen?

Unfortunately no way. But if u meet an engineer who can help u back up ur phone with cm2 or miracle box with the userdata file ticked. U may be lucky to still av ur file if the same back up file is reflashed on the phone. Another thing to look out for is how long does the battery last. I the battery doesn't last, I will suggest u change battery first befor flashing option...
