My infinix hot 3 model keeps on restarting.

I did a hard reset on my Tecno Camon X (with the power + volume up keys method) and selected the "wipe data" option. Now, everything on the phone seem wiped. Now, on restart, it attempts to take me through the "get started" steps. After clicking the "Get started" it leads me to where i would have to connect to the internet. After selecting an option, it takes me to a "Copy apps & data" page. Now, when i click either of the options ("Copy from your data" or "set up as new") it shows "checking info" briefly and bounces back to the "Copy apps & data" page.

Biko anyone ever experienced this? Or any clue on how to go about this?

Thats the big bug on 8.1 if yu av option to carry on without copying from previous back just continue. Same with anyone lock out of frp

Download smart switch on yr fone and ur pc. Make sure u r connected. Plug ur fone with usb cable to ur system.

Allow smart switch detect the update for u n download


Another way is to download update firmware for ur fone. But be careful not to kill ur panel

If there is password on the fone and uve restarted the device.
If u can try to enter the password while the screen is off, good u caN copy them out. Otherwise forget it. U can't extract thats the power of Samsung device security
