Take it to an engineer who is calm and have time to fix. If he can carefully replace the touch clip for you. Otherwise the panel is as good as gone.

I faced similar issues with customers phone and had to replace one and the other one worked. The guy that fix it is in alaba.

Ntel is too damn poor. I have 12gb of data, but it's been unusable. It hasn't had this problem before (just their other numerous problems ). Went to their office and they were like "there's nothing we can do about it".
If you stay in their office for 15 minutes, you'll hear at least 5 people either coming or calling to complain about one thing or the other. Those dudes aren't ready. What's so wrong with making recharge and conversion to data easy and straightforward like other networks?

So for the past weeks, ntel have been having a lot of issues ranging from:

1. Unable to sub
2. Zapping of data
3. Slow network ( can't download fast )
4. Network disconnection
5. Lot of signals for days etc.

With all this above and more, their customer care ( customer nightmare ) will keep giving you 1 same reply! If you want to try for your self, call them in the morning b4 9 am and they will tell you " before 12 pm today " call after 12 pm you get something like " in 24hours it will be resolved "

What do you think is the best step to make/take, to save our self this trouble and to avoid late delivery of works done!

Ur location. Customs binary block can be a troublesome error .

Befor I got the solution to this error it took me close to 6hrs.

The symptoms u r probably getting ...after flashing, the fone will renter recovery befor it will boot (if it all it will boot self) am in ikotun lagos or chat me on what'sapp if u are an engineer

My S7 edge has been giving me issues, after a software download the phone started rebooting (bootlog). After taking it to Computer Village is worked for some day but now it won't come up and it's showing a black screen with a blue light at he top.

I have been advised to change the motherboard.

Kindly advise if the motherboard is the issue and also cost of a new motherboard.

Bros, if your fone refused to on as a result of bootloop..there is chances that it will work if its properly services.

Bootloop don't just occur something must av triggered it. ... if you are patience enuf chat me let's review it together. By the way am in ikotun.

And if it requires new panel, I av g935U panel.
