Is this a new development or has it always been?. Last time I did something like that back in 2008 I spent about N25,000. Gave to one guy and he said commissioner of police or whatever had to sign it at Abuja.

New system sir, and its applicable to all tinted glass users

Ask me any questions concerning this, I will give you more details.

Nb: am not a police officer, just a citizen like you, Information is power, it can save a lots of life.

My experience : I met several police officers in same headquarters, we'll dressed, looking smart and agile. I want to believe they are well educated. I n my honest advice, those are the set of people we need in police force generally.

Observation : the awareness on the tinted permit is not that sound and believe me, come April many people will fall victim, so mods pls push this to the fp to save drivers.

God bless Nigeria

Those culprit has been taking to state command ikeja and I heard they would be charge to court tomoa

I think Govt need to take a proactive measure into this birth rate. The speed in wich our population is being increasing is quite alarming.

177 million citizen, if you kook at the percentage difference you will agree with me Northen contribute large follow by the west/east.

Kool I love kids

Remember it's still "WILL" thing. until it's done, I would give credit

Nigerians would rather eat their future in place of future investment.

That 5k means alot to some people (afterall is their cut from the National cake), after 4years if the govt then fail it would be difficult to speak the trurh

Tho we can't really tell what the reaction of the people of Tanzania ate with this. but believe me, you can try this in Nigeria. Nairaland go Don full with insult and all sorts.

This is one one man I respect and Nigeria should forever be greatful to. His contributions to the fuel crisis last year is something to appreciate.

If he out of many billionaire in Nigeria could take a bold step to stake his 500b naira just to profer solutions to the economy.
Let's give him the necessary support and wish others could join also in revamping the naira.

Criticise with possible solutions and not be a condemmer

Building is one thing, maintenance is another thing.. But

You are the greatest slowpoke. I don't know why you chose to insult people based on their personal opinion. 3 people quoted me, revealing the offence. But u went aloof to insult.

No offence: but I don't seem to see any offence commited here
