Do you have your transcript handy? Google list of Dli institutions in Canada, check under the province you need to apply to, you'll find list of colleges with pgwp you can apply to. If you're looking for a college with cheap tuition you can check Newbrunswick Community college and Holland college Prince Edward Island. You can also check Memorial University of Newfoundland. tecno spark 7p is actually good. What is your need? The cameras are a bit weak so if you need for photography that will be only basic. But for regular use and games it is really nice with a decent performing mediatek helio g70 processor and 5000mAh battery
