Final approval and Update of Visa on my account-27/05/2019. Passport to be picked up tomorrow.

(2) Reference letter , bank statement and investment certificate from my banks
(3) Hotel reservation

These days that they keep applications for over 9weeks or even more so it's beta to move your trip to August to be on the safe side since you are applying in June

My question is does my timing covers the required processing time and secondly if the visa processing time exceeds beyond July, would my application still be considered. 2. In answering the question "Did you serve in any military, militia or civil defense unit or serve in any security organization or police force (including non obligatory national service, reserve or volunteer unit)", does the one year NYSC programme suffice?

I have never heard of visiting visa taking this long.

Please I urgently need your advice to thrash something out.
An agent that handles my sister's canada visting visa application keeps saying decision has not been made on the application.She has done the biometrics @ Vfs Lagos since July,2018 and nothing was heard since then.

As a result, she could not apply for any other visa in other countries because this is still pending.

Has anyone encountered such prolong delay?

Is it that the agent is hiding any information from us?

What we need is to know whether the application has been rejected or still on.its getting to a year now!
Please any info will help to address our situation.

It doesnt have a specific time range. Some persons got theirs since march and april yet havent gotten the passport collection till date

I applied on the 25th of April and got biometrics confirmation email from the high commission in Kenya that my biometrics is valid and it will last for ten years and I should not do another biometrics if I will apply anytime till after the ten years. Please what does this mean? I applied in Abuja and Nairobi Kenya is sending this to me. The conference I should attend starts first week of June. I just pray pals.

Of cos you can use the document in your husband's name since you are self employed you will tick business then also upload your business papers. I used my cac paper

1. statement of salary account (downloaded online copy, not stamped by bank
2. letter of introduction from my employer, who is sponsoring my conf. attendance
3. bank statement of my employer
4. my savings account statement (both online and stamped copy)
5. first letter of appointment
6. last promotion letter
7. another letter of employment for part-time in another organization
8. copy of old passports with previous visas, including a valid US visa
9. copy of one certificate obtained abroad as proof of returning to Nija previously after staying abroad
10. marriage certificate
11. kids' birth certificates
12. CV, to help stress some aspect of my job and education
13. ID cards
14. one-page cover lettet
