I sympathise with you, i was actually surprised with the kind of statements the fraud kept spilling, he was supposed to provide screenshot of statement from a prior date to a later date. Just take any (including spiritual)action possible against him, some people are just no good.

A banker will never confirm whether money is in a third persons account, they will only confirm whether it was posted or not. Gets ur facts right.
