The management of Osun State University held a congress at the school's main campus in Osogbo yesterday to deliberate on the direction from ASUU to join the strike action. The congress in the end made a decision not to join the strike. This means normal lectures resume in all UniOsun campuses from next week Monday. Hello guys, its Anjola here with a chit-chat about a topic I think will interest a bunch especially guys. We meet a lot of girls on a daily basis but the truth is that some of these girls are undercover runs girls. This are few tips to identify them. 1. Greedily Depends on Guys for Cash. You meet a girl within a week and she is asking for money, "ha". Some ladies have low respect for who they are. They hook up with guys just to shop for some bunch of useless crap, just so willing to love peddler herself only just to satisfy her excessive desires and they often request these things from guys. 2. Always Busy On Phone You need to notice it, this kind of girl is always on regular calls, receiving calls from various men night and day, requesting for this and that and you will always find very funny names on their contact: like sponsor, ATM. 3. Never Appreciate Gifts. When you notice a girl never appreciates little gifts, you need to be careful. I remember sending #500 airtime credit to a lady on her birthday, to my greatest surpris she called to bash me, that my mate are giving her 5000 and more. I was then rest assured she was a Runs girl. 4. Has More Than One/Two Boyfriends When a girl has more then one or two boyfriends, then it clearly shows she is a love peddler. You must know that they don' use any guys picture on their DPs, Other guys behind those two are either, Sugar daddy, sex machine, handkerchief, maga, or ATM. lol. 5. When She Posts Nu-d3 Pictures on Social Media. When you notice a girl is not very much concerned with the way she exposes her body on Social Media, in fact when it be comes a point of duty for a lady to upload more then 6 (six) pictures in a day of her cleavages, ass & boobs. It a sure sign that she is a runs girl. 6. Never on Campus on Weekends. I meet a lot of girls like that in Okuku, they always go to Osogbo, Ilorin, Ibadan, on weekends, I wonder what they are looking for. But after a while I realize they are runs girls who visit their clients. Na wa o Shine your eye o http://bleechreport..com/2016/05/what-makes-her-runs-girl.html?spref=tw |

naijaboiy:well you should, cos that the culture |
To honour the demise of one of the greatest traditional ruler of all time, the Oba of Benin, Omo n'Oba n'Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Erediauwa, the males in the Benin city have begun to shave their head. One of the important cultural element of the Benin Kingdom is what is known as the "Breaking of White chalk". This tradition is done to officially announce the demise of the king in Benin kingdom, which is then followed by the closure of markets in all 7 local government areas in the Benin metropolis; there shall be no form of transactional activities in the Markets. According to Punch, the benin sons have started to comply with this tradition of head shaving, it was reported that a barber has recorded a 50 per cent increase in the number of customer coming to shave their head, he also said it is less difficult because the hairstyle does not require any speciality since it is just a clean shave. According to an interview, a resident Mr John Ehanire described the act as a privilege for all benin sons; "I shaved my head to show respect for my late king. It is a rare privilege for us because it happens once in a long time" he said. This implies that all Benin sons should hit the barber's shop for their clean shave, this is going to be interesting, I'll love to all those benin boys shave their head and how i wish it also inculdes the females also. The great king will denifetely be missed by his people. bleechreport..com/2016/05/head-shaving-tradition-of-benin-sons.html#more |

This day is a commemoration of the
historic struggle of the workers
throughout the world against
capitalism, exploitation, and for safe
working conditions and respect for the
dignity of workers. It came into being as a result of the successful demand, claims and demonstrations that was carried out under the umbrella of the Federation of Organised Trades and Labour Unions when it passed a resolution stating that eight hours would constitute a day's work from May 1, 1884. The resolution called for a general strike to achieve the demand of eight hours, since legislative methods had failed to address the demand. Workers then were forced by greedy and power hungry capitalists to work ten, twelve and fourteen hours a day under conditions so terrible that most workers succumbed on duty due to ill health and other physiological and psychological ailments. By April 1886 about 280,000 workers were involved in the May Day movement which demanded an eight hour work day. Their slogans read as follows: "The only way to get an 8 hour day is by organising. If you want an 8 hour day, we must make it ourselves!" and another: "We require 8 hours for work, 8 hours for repose, and 8 hours to do what we want and for our own instruction!" The main machinery of the movement was based in Chicago and organised mainly by the Anarchist International Working People's Association. The capitalist bourgeoisie and their cohorts, the State, were terrified by the united front that swept across the entire United States. On May 3, 1886 the City of Chicago was paralysed by the general strike; stockyards, railroads, factories and other businesses where forced to close. The police fired into a crowd of fleeing strikers at the McCormick Reaper Works Factory, killing four and wounding many workers. The Anarchists called for a mass meeting the next day in Haymarket Square to protest the unnecessary brutality against unarmed workers. Angry workers began to call for armed retaliation. The mass meeting proceeded without any violent incident and when the last speaker was on the platform, the police numbering 180, arrived with a mandate from the State and the capitalist bourgeoisie to disperse the meeting. As the speaker was climbing from the platform, a bomb was thrown in the midst of the police platoon, exploding, and killing one officer and wounding about seventy. Other events unfolded, however, to cut the long story short, The Socialist International declared May 1 as a day of demonstrations and since 1890 these have been held annually by labour movements and workers forcing official recognition of May Day as a paid public holiday. But some of however argued that in an attempt to destroy the significance of May Day, the United States government declared the May 1 'Loyalty Day'. Thankfully the significance of May Day is yet to be defeated. I hail all the workers of the world. Forward ever Backward never!!!! WISHING YOU ALL HAPPY MAY DAY AND HAPPY NEW MONTH. bleechreport..com/2016/05/may-day-how-it-all-started.html |

A day after the rumour that Tiwa Salvage’s husband, Teebillz, attempted suicide, Tiwa gave an account of her troubled marriage, narrating all she had been through. In an exclusive interview with an online TV, a sober Tiwa said she was apprehensive when she was told what had happened. “I was in my bedroom when my friend walked into the room, with a couple of other people and woke me up and basically just started narrating what had happened. “When someone wakes you up from your sleep, the honest truth… I thought maybe they found him dead. And when they said they didn’t know where he was. My thought and everybody’s thought was that we need to find him and make sure he is okay and that he is alive. I couldn’t respond to anything because I did not know the extent what he had said. “Someone actually took my phone because they didn’t want me to see what was said online. “I was just scared for his life. I was just panicking. “At about 10:00/11:00am we got the call that he’s been found on Lekki Bridge and that he was okay,” she said. According to the popular Nigerian artiste, she had wanted to take her marriage away from public light, with a decision that she would not post anything related to her marriage online. “My marriage and my relationship has been very public and at one point I decided that I didn’t want to make it public any more. “I am always nervous when it comes to his birthday because if I post, they read meaning into what I post but if I do not post, it means that we have broken up or there is problem in our relationship. “I knew that the anniversary was coming and I knew that I was either going to have to post happy anniversary, or not post,” she stated. On her marriage status, she said: “The honest truth is that TJ and I have not been together and it was something that we were trying to walk through. “For me I knew that this marriage was not going to work and it has been like that for the past two months”. “I am done” Tiwa, who denied allegations of infidelity, said she had covered up for a lot of hurts in her relationship, narrating her ordeal when she lost a second pregnancy and had contact her husband whom she claimed was with another women he had an affair with. “I have covered up for a lot of hurts in our relationship and I was in Jamaica recently and just before I went to Jamaica, I found out that I was pregnant again and we both discussed it and we were just trying to find out how we can manage the situation. “I have covered up for so long because I wanted people to believe this story of… TJ is the one that takes care of me, TJ is the head of the house, TJ is a loving husband, TJ is the one that made me, took me from nothing to something. I wanted people to believe that and I wanted him to feel like a man,” she stated. “I am done,” she said. Tiwa further alleged that she had been the one taking care of the family’s expenses. On the claims by the husband that she does not cook for him, she said: “I am the same person that works and puts the money in the house. I am the same person that works long hour to make sure that we have a roof over our head”. “I have never cheated on my husband and I am willing to take a lie detector test on that. “There is never a time that when I make something that I do not make for TJ. I hired a cook to cook for us because of my tight schedule,” she said, dismissing her husband’s claims in the interview with Pulse Tv. Tiwa’s husband had earlier denied reports that he attempted suicide on Thursday, saying his Instagram account was hacked. bleechreport..com/2016/04/tiwa-opens-up-i-knew-this-marriage-was_29.html |

The management of the University of Ibadan (UI) Tuesday evening shutdown the institution indefinitely and ordered the students to vacate the campus with immediate effect. Did you know that today is World Water Day!!... World Water Day is an international observance and an opportunity to learn more about water related issues, be inspired to tell others and take action to make a difference. World Water Day dates back to the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development where an international observance for water was recommended. The United Nations General Assembly responded by designating 22 March 1993 as the first World Water Day. It has been held annually since then. Each year, UN- Water — the entity that coordinates the UN’s work on water and sanitation — sets a theme for World Water Day corresponding to a current or future challenge. The engagement campaign is coordinated by one or several of the UN-Water Members with a related mandate. The UN and its member nations devote this day to implementing UN recommendations and promoting concrete activities within their countries regarding the world's water resources. Additionally, a number of nongovernmental organizations promoting clean water and sustainable aquatic habitats have used World Water Day as a time to focus attention on the critical issues of our era. Events such as theatrical and musical celebrations, educational events, and campaigns to raise money for access to clean and affordable water are held worldwide on World Water Day. Today is a day to appreciate access to good and clean water, 1 of 10 people lack access to clean water, let us avoid wasting of water, according to research, the water we have today is the only water this planet will ever have.
