I had a similar experience when I was in Owerri,tho its in Diamond bank. I yelled back at d lady that thinks she's screaming at her house help. Everyone in d banking hall started yelling at her, telling her to go back home n settle any issues she had with anyone before coming to work. Some of these bankers are so rude, ladies especially, I'm surprised that a man behaved this way
