guys, if your looking for help, then its sad news that I will break to u. Nobody is going to issue help to you. U need to sit down, think, and make up what u need to succeed. Don't think crime, cos it will not pay either. Bend down, think and bring out the you in you.

align yourself with the successful, think like them, bend down study hard to dicover the secrets behind their success.

who are these pple with myopic views. i didn't believe pple still think like this. no wonder we can't runn real business and get the best hands to get things done.

Banking in Nigeria is only successful with the BIG and MAJOR players. If you have the money, you can throw it around in CSR and other stuff. But when you’re still scrambling for deposits like some banks in Nigeria, u can't be advertising on CNN and throwing money around like that.

The bigger banks just need to broaden their view, know that leave-off local competition, act locally but think globally, be the exact representation of themselves, improve the quality of their Human Resource and not the shallow Human Resource we have in most banks in Nigeria, have a huge IT investment, have an eye for REAL business initiatives and opportunities and not just chase government funds, help in the Nigerian economy diversification by locating areas to raise to the limelight and this eye for investment (and not just oil money), will give an edge.

99% of Nigerian banks are not thinking they are just chasing. What will make a customer refuse other offers but seek to invest his/her future in your hands no matter what, is what you have been able to invest in your Human resource not by forcing work on them but by doing the work. When they see and excellent management system, they'd follow suit and belong. The work becomes theirs and they have a sense of ownership and management.

This is of course will go a long way to tell on the success or failure of an organization.

Hi guys, I am 26 yrs old studied MSc Radiation Protection and Safety (called Safeguards, inspections and monitoring in the nuclear world). I'm working on one of Nigeria's nuclear projects. I guess Nigeria needs more than just cash to run our nuclear programme. We need organization. We can't even run NIGCOMSAT successfully, we want to run nuclear, but i believe we can if we ut our head and heart to it.

then i think ur not familiar with bible miracles. Can u tell me any of the bible miracles that was explanable?

Is it the turning of water into wine, is it rise up and walk (for some1 who has not walked all his life) but for him to rise up and run, was it an ax-head floating on water, was it the children of israel crossing the red sea, was it water from rocks, was it,

its uncountable. If this miracles are explainable, then they are not miracles. And mind u, I was in Christ Embassy and personally experienced the miracles. I have seen some done frm my own hands by the powe of God. Will i now turn and say cos some freak said it wasn't real then i get scared and deny those things that are proven.

U need to get inot that life to understand what it entails.
