Have a redmi note 8, with sim network issues have tried the same sim on another note 8 network is fast, but on mine network is so slow and sometimes network leaves the phone on its own...any suggestion regarding repairs? Thank you very much.

Gadgetworld/Repairpal, they seem to be the same outfit, a phone (redmi 4x) and money was sent to them to fix and return...for close to 2weeks this number 08121235355, has not been reachable. Their customer service personnel aren't helping matters. What saddens me is that i have transacted business before with them and it was seamless. But now it's a different case. General public please be warned. Best regards.

Repairpal or Gadget world you seem to be the same outfit, i have done business with you in the past with no hitches, everything went smoothly. But of recent i do not know what is going on... Sent a phone down to you to fix and paid completely, phone hasn't been fixed due to unavailability of the replacement part, you agreed to do a refund and send the phone back, for 2 weeks your number hasn't been reachable and your so called customer service do not even know how to escalate the matter after reaching them. It is disheartening that i have to write this here.

seems the group is filled up.....you can move it to telegram to accommodate more persons and for ease of functionality by the admins. i have edited and clicked on the whatsapp group link severally and still have not been granted access to the group.

i paid via bedc website,was debited but token wasnt issued i called their customer care and gave the details of my transaction in 48 hrs i received my vended token....BEDC have issues via web payment, i mostly use gt app or quickteller to vend its faster and secure.

You still don't get this, some people would rather you send the phone to them before they pay and these are the same people that wouldn't want to give you their money because they don't "trust"you but fully expect you to trust them. Its easy if one has trust issues, they can go to a shop and buy whatever phone they need.

duely noted, this is and has always been a challenge, it is not a new situation. untill online sellers find a way around it, we will keep talking about this over and over, a solution is what is needed not the obvious challenge/problem. business isnt static, jumia,ali express,amazon with their credibility do not talk about their challenges in public they propagate their successes, while looking for means to overcome their challenges.

why would someone lose his reputation for 72k? good point, but how many of your prospective clients can rely on just nairaland reviews,do you knw till this day pple dnt even trust jumia nd any form of online purchase or deals, these are and will be your clients wether you like it or not so keep reassuring, the pple who arnt conversant with online deals still exist! Sir if they refuse to believe let them be, but keep reassuring,find a way to get your prospective client to do business with you despite your online credibility.

After having 2 days discussion with a prospective buyer who chatted me up. That last question really took me aback. I wonder why he contacted me if he couldn't trust me, not to mention the numerous reviews here.

despite your reviews always treat every client like its the first time of doing business with you....keep reassuring them despite the constant inquiry, you wont blame them people are basically paranoid, the times are not helping either. in my own opinion try and fit into the shoes of your prospective clients. best regards
