Please I need honest advise on the next step to take.
I took a course online earlier this year and as a requirement, I must do the practical to get my certificate. The practical is scheduled to hold in Spain. I applied for conference visa to stay in Spain for 30 days for the practical. I submitted all the documents required for the visa but the visa was refused. The reason for refusal was "THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED REGARDING THE JUSTIFICATION FOR THE PURPOSE AND THE CONDITIONS FOR THE INTENDED STAY WAS NOT RELIABLE" The screenshot of the refusal letter is attached. Please what can I do next because I have submitted all the documents I have.

Good day nairalanders, I'll like experienced people to enlighten me on this issue. We got married this year and as usual we're expecting pregnancy but my wife started having pregnancy symptoms like tiredness, pain in the nipple for about two weeks now. She said she will wait till when her period normally comes and that will be a good confirmation if she is pregnant or not. Getting to the time of her period, there was little flow of blood not as thick as the period used to be and the flow ceased in less than 30 minutes. But when she urinated hours later, the urine was not colourless but lightly red indicating that blood was mixed with the urine and she is also having abdominal pain. Please I need someone who has idea or might have experienced this to me what may be the cause.

Failure of the prosecution to provide some documents on Thursday in Abuja in an FCT High Court stalled the trial of Dino Melaye, who is charged with attempted suicide, attempt to escape from custody and damage to police property.

At the resumed hearing of the case, the Police Counsel, Mr Jovi Oghojafar, told the court that he was unable to get the documents due to some circumstance beyond his control.

The defence counsel, Mrs Benson Igbanoi, who held the brief for Dr Mike Ozekhome, SAN, however, reminded the court that the prosecution on Sept. 11, made an undertaken to facilitate the presentation of the documents.

Oghojafar, however, applied for an adjournment to enable him put in more efforts to produce the documents or certify the copies the defence counsel has, NAN reports.

The trial judge, Justice Silvanus Oriji, adjourned the case until Oct. 21 and Nov. 5 for cross examination of a Principal Witness.

News Agency of Nigeria reports the police alleged that Melaye committed the offence on April 24, 2018, while being conveyed by the police to Lokoja, Kogi.

Protesters in Abuja have called for the release of prisoners of conscience held in various detention centres run by the President Muhammadu Buhari regime.

The prisoners include OmoyeleSowore, Jones Abiri, Dadiyata, Stefen Kegason, Agbo Jalingo, Ibraheem El-Zakzaky, among others.

The placards-carrying protesters stormed the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to submit a protest letter, urging the commission to live up to its mandate and defend the rights of all prisoners of conscience languishing in detention.

One of the leaders of the group, Sydney Godwin, said, "You have someone in an illegal detention, you don't have a charge against him but all you do is media trial. Charge him to court and bring the offences. If Omoyele Sowore is guilty today he should be jailed but the entire Nigerians understand that he is not. So why keep him? It's against his fundamental human rights."

He said further, "We just see recently that value-added tax (VAT) has been taken from 5 percent to a despicable rate of 7.2. It is an anti-people. I have been told this morning that I will be paying more charges on bank withdrawals and deposits. These are not policies that are meant for Nigerians. We want a state that work for all but not selected few."

Another leader of the group, Emmanuel Ejeh, said, "When injustice becomes law, resistance also stands as a duty. This morning we are here to remind ourselves that our sense of history was fixated on imperialism. It is so painful and disheartening that we are still living under imperialist system."

Responding on behalf of the commission, Director of Corporate Affairs and External Linkages, Lambert Oparah, said the commission would monitor the proceedings of Sowore's case in court to ensure that due process was followed.

He said that commission would look into the complaints raised in the letter of the group in line with its mandate and ensure that justice is done.
