Yyeske:Nwa Bingo, ishi odikwa gi nma? Aburu gi onu? Kedu ebe gi na ala Igbo? Nna lezie kwa anya n'ihi odika okwa ndi fulani tuwara nne gi ime oji muo gi. Nwa afo Igbo enweghi ike ida iberibe di ka isi daa. Tufiakwa gi, ozu nwuru anwu! |
These almajiris are so myopic and senseless. Their ultimatum played into the hands of IPOB, Their arrest of Nnamdi Kanu played into the hands of IPOB yet they have refused to learn their lessons, the more they keep threatening Igbos in the north, the more exhibits IPOB has to present to UN and make their demand for Biafra legitimate. Cowards, they are already backing out of their initial threat of unleashing violence on Igbos in the north and are now issuing new ones. Bring it on NDI ARA, ITS A WIN-WIN FOR US! |
drake2000x:Yes, you're right I generalized by saying Nigerians, when in actual fact it was the north and west that voted for him. This picture you posted here says it all on the kind of propaganda and brain washing that took place during that dark period. I bet that was the first time buhari wore a suit! They packaged someone who was obviously an Islamic fanatic, and sold him to gullible Nigerians as the best thing since slice bread. this is one of the biggest political scams ever to be pulled off! |
4. Nnamdi Kanu arrived the scene at the best possible moment, he came when the generality of Igbos and most of Niger delta minorities were already hopeless and had given up on Nigeria. Again, the internet has done a great deal in helping his course. Unlike the time of Uwazurike's earlier days with MASSOB when there was little publicity for the struggle, far removed from the political capital of Abuja, the commercial capital of Lagos and indeed the worlds major cities, so while he was going about in Aba, Onitsha etc, the Nigerian government was able to isolate him, imprison and bribe him, and he came out singing a different tune. Nnamdi Kanu on his own, has millions of Igbos all over the world behind him and following all his activities in real time, also, the Igbos in other regions have been able to align with their brothers in the SE. |
GreatSE:You're right, its the Lords doing and just like the way he made Pharaoh stubborn so he could show his miraculous ways and free the Israelites from bondage, he has equally made Buhari mad and vegetative so he could free his children from captivity! Nnamdi Kanu is just the Moses of our time, even if he does not live to enter the promised land per se, there would still be another Aaron that would take over from wherever he stops. |
3. Like a man on a vendetta mission, Buhari did not hide his disdain for the "losers" he quickly appointed a cabinet that made nonsense of the constitutional federal character, by pickings only people from his Islamic north and a few from the west while the SE/SS was completely sidelined. As if that was not enough, he lived up to his pre-election reputation as an Islamist by his body language and actions. Suddenly, and for the very first time in history, the malnourished and sick looking Fulani herdsmen suddenly transformed into one of the worlds deadliest terror groups, killing thousands of villagers/farmers while Buhari turned deaf and dumb. To worsen matters, seemed to be a state connivance through the army by aiding and abetting the terrorists. While thousands of people were massacred from Southern Kaduna to Benue, Delta to Enugu, and Taraba to Ondo, not even a single perpetrator was arrested, and when on a few cases, the villagers/farmers were able to apprehend them, only for the army to arrive swiftly to release the culprits while the victims would be taken away for interrogation! |
2. Buhari will end up as the greatest mistake Nigerians ever made in history because Nnamdi Kanu owes much of his popularity and fame to Buhari's actions and inactions which included his infamous and mathematically wrong statement of 97% vs 5%, after wining the most bitterly fought and very close election in history. If Buhari had been intelligent, he would have acted in ways that would give a sense of belonging to the people of SE/SS who saw the defeat of GEJ as a gang up by the North & West to remove GEJ. As if that was not enough, he went after prominent people from the zones in a commando fashion, while people from his region and the west cheered him on with the then popular "new sherif in town" mantra. He followed his irresponsible rhetorics up by appointing people from north and west to key positions & awarding projects to them while the SE/SS were ostracized in a gangstar winner takes all manner. The people of SE/SS watched in horror as they were rapidly alienated & subjugated. |
Nigerians have watched in awe and disbelief, how Nnamdi Kanu's popularity and influence has grown from a hitherto factional MASSOB member who later opened a radio station to a collosus, whos mention alone evokes fear and anxiety both within the corridors of power and even among many with vested interests who would want a perpetuation of the status qou. There is no doubt that Nnamdi Kanu is indeed very smart and intelligent, and is using the same very many ills bedevelling Nigeria, to gradually & shockingly too, to dismantle the very weak lattice holding the fragile country together. Here are the reasons; 1. Nnamdi Kanu is not afraid to go to prison or even die for the cause he believes in, & the most dangerous person to fight with, is a man who is not afraid to die for the cause he believes in. Nigeria made the mistake of arresting him the initial time and it backfired to such an extent that his popularity soared to high heavens & some people now believe so much in him that they even worship like a deity! |
sarrki:Nwa Bingo, go and penalize him now? You lots are fighting a lost battle. Did you hear what he said, EVEN ALL THE POLICE FORMATIONS IN THE ZOO WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO STOP THE SURGING CROWD THAT CAME TO THE VENUE TO SEE NNAMDI KANU, AND THEY INCLUDED TRADITIONAL RULERS FROM ALL OVER RIVERS STATE! Where are the we niger deltans? More frustration to the parasites, skull miners and jihadists! |
RUBBISH! The Zoo is fighting a lost battle already so you guys have no choice! |
nextprince:Inability to read and comprehend is your problem. Pen is indeed mightier than the sword, the great Igbo race is really hitting Nigeria hard from all angles and is shaking the zoo to its very foundation! Nnamdi Kanu has finally opened a pandora's box and all manner of self inflicted evils are now plaguing the zoo! |
Jaideyone:You accuse others of chest beating but you are the one shamelessly indulging in it. Retrieve Illorin from your Fulani masters first before bragging. |
NLPsychologist:You made zero sense! I am in Owerri, IPOB made it very clear that it was going to be a peaceful stay at home on the 30th may, Rochas & commissioner of police assured people of protection to their businesses & on that day police choppers where flying low over several Eastern cities yet Igbos decided on their own volition to stay at home! Rocha's even warned market leaders to open major markets or face "severe" consequences & the markets were left open, yet no single soul came to buy or sell, even banks, offices, transport companies etc obeyed! FYI, Igbos are the least affected by recession for several reasons 1) Igbos have the largest diaspora population in Nigeria & remittances alone has cushioned the effect of recession. 2) Igbos dominate the distribution, importation, retail sectors etc of the economy, unlike Yoruba's that rely on paid employment/government or A.b.o.k.I.s that rely on government patronage/welfare, Igbos will easily increase the price of their goods to stay afloat, since they already control the chain from China to Onitsha, Aba, Nnewi, Lagos or Kano & even across Sub Saharan Africa. 3) Igbos are naturally very aggressive, and excel in areas where others will fail. Here in the East, its the civil servants that are suffering recession because their salaries are either reduced or not paid on time, which is what applies in other states even in worse form. 4) Igbos believe in extended family system more than any other group in Nigeria, so the effects of recession is further reduced because people will always seek help from one uncle or aunty when their parents are lacking. Stop giving excuses my dear, Igbos have completely lost faith in Nigeria and are now putting their money where their mouth is! |
Padiga:I swear these guys are funny indeed. Dirty cowards, I don't want to see any smelling armpit close to me. |
[s] You don't compare fighting and winning, with fighting and loosing! What is the outcome of that May 30th sit at home? June 12 gave birth to May 29. We will not have this democracy if not for June 12. The Yoruba's fought to ensure that in 1999, it is Yoruba or Nothing. That's why you see that the two contending candidates in 1999 are both Yorubas. (Olusegun Obasanjo vs Olu Falae). This is record that will most likely not be erased. Mind you, MKO's election that was annulled was just 6years earlizero. The Yoruba's fought and won their battle in just about 6years. I know how rigorous the battle was. If you weren't born by that time just google / research the fight for June 12, and the actors involved. You perhaps will come across what is called "Abacha stove" in the course of this research. That's how standstill the Yoruba's pushed the regime. His predecessor, otherwise called Maradona was humbled to ground zero. He "stepped aside" and till today can't trace his steps back and will never till he pass on. So why am I lecturing u? Very simple...The Yoruba's don't wage war to loose. They don't fight a lost battle for 50yrs. They fight intellectual battles.(Don't forget the hunger starvation Awolowo used in humiliating the Biafrans). That was just too genius! They hold the intellectual strength of this country. If you wonder how Osinbajo became the acting president....its their intelligent work from the onset. What really actually hide the shame of May 30th was the Childrens day that fell on weekends and deservedly virtually all schools observed their holiday the next working day! So this makes the sitting at home a "bit real" Igbo men that likes money, when hunger started wiring, they had cancelled the sit at home before noon.[/quote][/s] |
gartamanta:But you forgot that Yoruba's are not Igbos now, Abiola was arrested and later died in prison, you guys abandoned him. Nnamdi KANU was arrested and Igbos all over the world came out in large numbers even at the risk of their lives to challenge those that arrested him! May 30 was marked as a symbolic day for Biafrans, and every Biafran irrespective of tribe, religion or creed obeyed the clarion call globally. Khaki no be leather my brother. June 12 will come and go, and nobody will notice it! |
chiagozien:Don't mind those ignorant dofos, Owerri alone now has tens of thousands of a.b.o.k.I.s constituting nuisance everywhere. The whole of Ama awusa, Douglas road & the adjoining streets are filled with them looking dirty and malnourished. The most annoying aspect of it is that they are text book parasites! They contribute nothing to the local economy here. They either live in the ama awusa slum or in front of people's shops at night. No purchasing power, non of them can rent decent houses or offices, or even go to boutiques to buy nice clothes, or lodge in hotels, or go to malls or supermarkets! Zero contribution to the local economy! |
Heads or tails, the north will lose in this game. When Igbo's leave the north (they've been doing so already because I know several families that relocated to Owerri precisely due to book haram), it will have serious negative consequences on their economy. Igbo's on their own are survivors, it will affect them momentarily, but watch and see how they will bounce back and adapt like nothing happened. Igbos are not in the north alone, we are allover West Africa and beyond in large numbers. The ignorant a.b.o.k.I.s have played into the hands of Nnamdi KANU again. First they arrested him and pushed his popularity to dizzying heights, now they are issuing Igbos ultimatum to leave the north, which on its own, whether they later carry it out or not, has added to the alibi of Igbos in presenting to the UN that they are not safe in Nigeria. Nnamdi KANU is indeed a Wiseman, and surely knows what he is doing! |
Its only the deaf, blind and dumb that will not understand what is going on in this country, and where we are heading ultimately. Every Igbo man in the north, except probably Jos, should do the needful. I trust my Plateau people, they have already seen the bigger picture and are much wiser now. Umu nnem nile no n'ugwu awusa, biko nu, lots nu ugbua. Ala Igbo ga aba anyny. |
ShootToKill:Lol, this post is funny buth it got me thinking. The kind anger, hate and mutual suspetion we have across the divide is now at an all time high. I just pray this country is divided asap before we go for each others jugular! |
aliutasiu:English is your lingua franca dude, stop defending ignorance, its this same ignorance that has turned you guys in the north into sub-humans with base IQ and animalistic tendencies. |
IVORY2009:At what rate bro, I need smart looking youths not dirty almajiris. I want to organize 1 million man match captioned youths earnestly ask for Buhari 2019. Contact me asap with your rate! |
Chai these guys don escape recession! |
mayourbash:I wont join you in the gutter, but I'll allow the mods to do justice here. Nairaland ought to be for sane people. |

Nogodye:Just Negodu? Pls I beg of you to stop commenting if you wont use your grey matter in doing so! Do you think its coincidence or happenstance that dss, army and others under Buhari will arrest victims instead of the perpetrators or unconditionally release people arrested for murder? The christians should and must retaliate even if it means an all out war than to continue dying in silence. There is a jihad going on and anybody who is not seeing it is a foo.l. |
